Don't order in the KFC app for delivery from here. I order at 7pm didnt get my food til after 8pm. When the delivery time said 30 min wait. I called and the worker said they had so many to do. They would get to it. Funny how my order was finally delivered 15 min after my call. The lady delivering it said the 20 minutes she was waiting for my order the workers were singing and dancing. If you want some cheap entertainment and karaoke then this place is for you. If you want a fast dinner for your kids on a school night, skip this place.

This location has always been hit or miss. Between wait times, mediocre and/or rude employees, and consistent missing items, it’s hard to find reasons to keep going back to this location. Today was a hit purely because of Stephanie’s wonderful customer service. Usually when I approach the speaker to order, I’m met with “KFC WHAT CAN I GET YOU” - really loud and with a whole lot of attitude. Not today! Stephanie displayed excellent customer service; she was very patient and repeated my order back to me to ensure she got everything correct! I hope upper management acknowledges Stephanie’s contributions to this location. Hire more people like Stephanie and business will be back booming. This location has a lot of potential if they could find (AND KEEP) good employees. Thank you Stephanie!

I don't eat here but did pick up food for someone. They are always extremely behind. After waiting 15 minutes, the boy in the front asked about our food (he is the only one with a lick of customer service skills) the lady in the back told him in front of a lobby full of people, waiting, that they ain't worried about us, they are going to focus on the drive thru and worry about us later. Idk where they find these employees or if they are even interviewed because it's always the rudest people who work here.

By the time you get the family bucket home the excessive oil on the chicken just puddles up with the breading sliding off. Nasty. The fried chicken at Fast Stop #15 or from Walmart is much better than this location’s family bucket, and less expensive.

Decided to stop at the location in Columbia TN
for dinner last night aka Christmas Eve 2024 due to not making it to the grocery store on time for something to cook and now my entire family who ate it has food poisoning! Talk about something nasty in the food it gave 9 people terrible food poisoning to spend christmas with🤮

Just ordered through Uber eats.. the eight piece dark meat chicken only. The chicken was soggy greasy and falling apart .. the skin was nowhere to be found. It was disgusting I think it'll be a while before I ordered chicken from them again
