Doors always locked on first shift , I asked if they needed help or hiring by chance the manger was rude and irritated . I think they should get a new team in there !

We honestly haven't been there in several years. There are better places. Food was just ok. There was some kind of drama between manager and an employee. We were there around 530. Manager locked lobby door. Employee was upset because apparently 2 people called out and manager didn't want to jump in and help, just lock doors. We did see 3 or 4 people try to come in while we were eating.

Went through the drive-thru & there actually wasn't anyone in the line, so I thought we would get FRESHLY cooked food..., but no, it was alright, other than it being pretty cold.., Got a $20 box for the family and all the sides looked like a single persons serving & then we got brownies and they were a lot colder than the rest of it! Do not recommend this place!

Went to kfc tonight for the $20 dollar fill up to get home to food that isn’t even edible these place is a complete joke and needs to be shut down for the old food that try to serve to customers times are extremely hard out here and for them almost charging me $30 for food that NOBODY CAN EAT and they never answer the phone either to even make a complaint or try to fix the problem ….inflation is killing people some people can’t hardly afford to feed their kids out here anyone that works there should be appalled to be serving the public food like this

We were at KFC in Columbia tonight and it was the worst meal in the world. 40 dollars thrown in the trash because the corn was spoiled, the mac’n’cheese tasted like two days ago, the bread was raw. Finally, the horror of horrors. Definitely the trás is the best place to KFC food. Not the human stomach. And before was my favorite fried chicken

I did an online order and it said it would be ready at 1:10pm. I get in the store I am greeted and I tell the man I did an online order he says ok and walks away...Than 5 customers get waited on and within that time 2 other employees ask me if they can help I said yes I have an online order. Both say yes and just walk away. Than I said excuse me and tell the Lady I placed an online order showed her my order screen she says oh turns around and my order was sitting next to the drink fountain by thr drive thru window. THANK goodness I checked my bag it was missing the Mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw and my chicken tenders the only 3 things in the bag were the fries, the bucket if regular chicken and biscuits.So I got there at 1:10pm and left at 1:51pmDoubt we will ever go back.
Forgot all of our sauces.
