All of my food was cold. All the bread was stale and 3 of my 6 burgers were inedible due to how hard the bread was. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.

I pull up and ordered two sunrises for breakfast. There was no other cars in sight . Pulled up to the windows and paid for my food and was asked to pulled around to the front because they had to cook the eggs . I waited several minutes. Longer than usual and I thought too long . A guy finally brought my food and looked as if I was bothering him to have to do it , dragging his feet . I puree off and the food was cold the sausages didn't look the same , the eggs were burnt around the edges one had cold cheese and one without cheese . I was on my way to an appointment and didn't have the time to take it back a d request a refund . I was very disappointed and basically afraid to eat the food .

2 of our 12 krystals were missing both the pickles and the cheese. We found them in the bottom of one of the boxes. The food was good, but service is definitely lacking some finesse. Roll the 🎲🍔🍟

My burgers had onions on them after asking for them to come without. Had to almost count out change for my meal because they couldn't change out a one hundred dollar bill. You'd think they would have at least that much in the register.
I went to the drive-through to get two double cheese burgers… I get all the way home… One of the burgers are fine and the other one literally had a half a piece of metal bread, one piece of cheese, one pickle and one meat patty. I called to Let the manager know about the complaint, but I was not about to drive all the way back to the restaurant for them to fix one burger. Also the burger on the good ones was just a mouthful of salt. My daughter and I love eating at the restaurant But this really disappointed me because that’s all I wanted and I paid seven dollars for one little bitty square burger.
