Walking up to the curb seemed a little weird, but once getting in was warm and welcoming..I love how Mila came out to tell us what was going on and how she was very honest. But most of all her spunky personality and God filled spirit was shining! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and loud but also whos Italian Family is quiet? The food was delicious and you knew it was authentic and made with gratefulness and love! We will sooooo be back!! Jen if you see this please like bc my husband said he thinks you got our wrong phone number. Lots of love and blessings for Mila and her family! ♥️

Visiting Mama Mila’s was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, Mama Mila herself greeted us with the kind of warmth and hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home. She carries such a genuine love for her food and her guests it shines through in every detail. We ordered the Nunzio and the Fat Girl Delight, and both dishes were absolutely outstanding. The Nunzio was rich, comforting, and bursting with flavor, the kind of meal that feels like a hug from the inside. The Fat Girl Delight was just that: pure delight. Indulgent, satisfying, and made with so much heart that every bite felt like a celebration. If you want food that nourishes your soul as much as your appetite, Mama Mila’s is the place. We left with full bellies and warm hearts. 10/10. I will gladly drive the 1.5 hour one way to eat here again.

A friend from Texas sent me a TikTok from Mama Mila’s, knowing that as a Sicilian-American living in Middle Tennessee, I would appreciate authentic flavors. Intrigued by the mention of the “fat girl’s delight” dessert and the penne with the famous “crack sauce,” I decided to make the trip with my family. We arrived around 12:15 p.m. and waited about fifteen minutes before placing our order at the counter. My husband and I both chose the “Shari,” a dish of penne pasta with crack sauce and two pork meatballs, while my mother ordered the lasagna. Although the “fat girl’s delight” was sold out, we opted instead for a lemon cream cheesecake and a rich chocolate cake layered with marshmallow cream and cookie dough. The service was warm and efficient; our meals arrived in less than ten minutes. Each plate was beautifully presented, aromatic, and full of flavor. The house-made focaccia was exceptional—fresh, soft, and perfectly seasoned. Overall, the food was deeply satisfying and exceeded our expectations. Throughout our visit, Mila herself worked diligently behind the counter, giving the restaurant an authentic and personal touch. The dining room, set in what appeared to be a converted garage, had a charming, casual character. Meanwhile, a steady line of guests waiting to order confirmed that this is clearly a beloved spot. Mama Mila’s is well worth the drive, and we will certainly return. It’s a place that combines heart, hospitality, and true comfort in every dish.

Per my 8 years old, Mila deserves 10 stars out of 5! Mila is so sweet and kind and it’s so great getting to see her when we eat there. The food is so good! You can tell she puts so much love in her cooking. 100% recommend going and grabbing you a plate, even if it’s To Go! Get you a slice of chocolate cake too while you’re there!

Mama Mila’s was the most positive dining experience! Amazingly delicious authentic Italian food! Huge portions with fast friendly service! Decided on a meal labeled Fat Tony’s - which is their lasagna served with the famous “crack sauce”…. YUMMY 😋 Will definitely return

Ate here for the first time Saturday. Even though they were already out of their specials what we ordered off the regular menu was amazing! Will definitely be back!

First time trying it today - extremely impressed. Friendly staff, cool atmosphere and outstanding food. Crack pasta sauce was amazing. We even had a nice chat with Mila - the owner. Highly recommend this place - can’t wait to go back! We had 4 different dishes at our table and it was all true Italian dishes - delicious

I’m always searching for an amazing Alfredo and it was not here. The chicken seemed boiled, with no seasoning and the sauce tasted like prego Alfredo. I just prefer the buttery, Parmesan Alfredo verses the more milk and cream based one. My boyfriend on the other hand tried the fat Tony and it was one of the best lasagnas I’ve had at a restaurant. I think the meatballs would have been better if they had been stewing in some of that yummy tomato sauce. If we go back, I would definitely try something else because I saw so many other dishes around me that looked delicious!!

As someone who’s Italian and from chicago….needless to say I am very picky. This place is beyond amazing. The service is fantastic and the food is just as good. Highly recommend and I’m so excited we discovered this cute place.

We had the best dinner at Mama Mila’s! The food was SOO yummy and came out quickly for a busy night! The chocolate cake was so rich and moist. The Shari was so tasty. The bread that came with the entree was warm and just paired perfectly! I’ve never tasted yummier meatballs too! All the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Even the youngest young man cleaning out tables was working hard and friendly! I would recommend going as early as you can if you don’t want to wait for a table. BUT the food was worth the wait if you go during the dinner rush. Would 100% recommend and will be coming back!
