Just a opinion about the food. The toppings, cheese and sauce are high quality, but you have to get past the grease. I mean, pooling in the box and leaking out on my seat on the way home. Maybe this is your thing, but it's not my favorite. The staff is always friendly.

Order a pizza online said it was ready at seven. I got there and paid and the cashier said my food wasn’t ready yet. 30 minutes later still sitting there and they’re saying my pizza isn’t ready. It turns out my pizza was sitting right behind them the whole time they just never decided to look.Manager asked since it took so long what I rather them make a new pizza. Why would I want them to make a new pizza after I just sat in the restaurant for over 30 minutes? Probably won’t go back to this location anymore as I’m extremely frustrated.

I just ordered a pizza paid 32.00 for one pizza. I received the wrong pizza and now Noone has time to talk to me. They hung up because they don't have enough staff. After paying that much.

The cashier refuse to take my order because I refused to give him my name. That is discrimination: 2024 Tennessee Code Title 4 - STATE GOVERNMENT (§§ 4-1-101 — 4-58-110) Chapter 21 - HUMAN RIGHTS (§§ 4-21-101 — 4-21-1004) Part 5 - DISCRIMINATION IN PUBLIC ACCOMMODATIONS (§§ 4-21-501 — 4-21-503) Section 4-21-501 - Discrimination prohibited. That's wrong to take away a person's basic life necessities. I also acknowledge he wasn't wearing gloves and didn't wash his hands while prepairing food. I told him and he said no one ever does! That's illegal also: Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1200-23-01-.03. This regulation states that food employees may not contact exposed, ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. No worries. I won't be going back.

Here out of state and received our pizza which was build your own with chicken and bacon. It was to have onion but instead it had hot jalapeño on it. Was unable to get a satisfactory resolution after contacting them. Will not use Marcos again. This represents 7 families.

Met the new owners Mr Scott. Real nice guy. Got lucky and got free pizza. The pizza was great.thank you so much an great talking to you an your wife. Pray that we can get deliver to our neighborhood.if not thats ok cause i will be back for more pizza anyway. I think the pizza an experience is 100% better than use to be. Second time at this Marcos and it’s been amazing. The staff is super friendly and the pizza was made perfect! The store is clean and if I wasn’t taking it home to the family i would had pulled up a chair and ate inside. The owners were getting ready to do pictures with Santa for the community. You can tell they really care! Pictures say it all! Will definitely be back again!

So I ordered a large pizza, all I had was $100 bill I called the store spoke to the manager and told him to make sure his driver had enough to break it plus a tip. The driver gets to my house with only 15 to break a $100 and tells me it’s for security reasons. So I called the manager back to ask why he didn’t send his driver out with enough to break $100 he tells me the same thing. So why was I not told sooner esp when I called the first time to warn you that I only had $100. This is poor service and I will not be back ever.
