May have too many kids and not enough leads.
Got a spud max to go with extra sour cream on 7/20/25 12:28pm. Was missing black olives, not sure it had ham, no chives, and was missing extra sour cream and utensils. Had to drive back after discovering this requesting a correct order and returned mine. Igot the new one, got home and it was cold and I noticed it was the same spud just with chives and olives tossed on it. Very disappointing after giving a 20% tip upon making my initial order. Do not tip prior here, it clearly does no good. Also check your orders before leaving.

The bacon on my sandwich was so hard and crispy it literally fell apart when I picked it up. My husband asked and paid for extra chili and cheese on his nachos but it definitely wasn’t extra. Not the best visit. The girl that took our order didn’t say hi, bye, nothing. Just stood there until we started to order.

We have eaten at many McAlister's and this one is one of the Best! The food is amazing and food presentation is awesome 😎. Will update with pics next time. We were the first customer's today.

My husband and I was giving the wrong food and took it back, for Tyler to say he was not going to give us our right order. We ask for a refund and the girl acting like she was giving us one and still the the day never got my money back. Us as people work hard for our money we just want what we pay for. We won’t be going back to Columbia McAllister‘s. Tyler seems to think since he’s worked here for years that he can’t be fired or give people what that pay for. Tyler needs some people skills if he’s going to work in public. I will be calling corporate for my refund. DONT EAT AT COLUMBIA McAllister‘s DONT Waste YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Manger/ Cook

Had a really pleasant experience at McAlister’s Deli as I came in to sit and work on some things on my laptop. The female cashier in the morning was super friendly and made ordering easy. Later, a male manager/worker came by to check on me and even refilled my drink, which was such a nice touch. I love that this location is encouraging and cultivating a team of amazing workers who are attentive and caring toward their customers. Their kindness really made my visit a great one! Keep up the awesome work 🥰
