check your order before leaving esp the drive thru. They leave things out of my order more than they get it correct. Today they did it again after spending $40 and rushing me through the window (my son missed the missing items)... I don't even waste my time telling them anymore as they tell me to drive back up there to get what they left out without so much as offering an apology. Do better guys it's not that difficult to make sure orders are packed properly... and yes, I have worked in fast food

Stop throwing food together. Your window time means nothing if you have to remake the orders. This is really ridiculous. I ask for it to be remade because it was so sloppy they literally just wrapped it again thats it. 345pm shift

Ok, so I’ve given this restraint plenty of sympathy. This is by far the worst fast food place I’ve ever gone to, most of the time you get the food, it’s either not yours or they mess your order up, that being said, most employees are very rude and unsympathetic, and then they change their hours to stay open later, make people sit there keep all the lights on and still close at the same time after posting online and on their sign. I highly suggest anyone to find somewhere else to eat their breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ended up not buying anything. The staff were on drugs, this is not a over reaction. Who ever owns this place look at the manager on duty and the staff because this was the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. I'll be taking this complaint to corporate. Staff were unhinged. If it helps pinpoint I went thru the drive thru at 8:30. Hope this gets resolved correct.

Just want everyone to know...check your food. Thank goodness my husband opens his drink and pours it into his own cup. We had a portion of a plastic bag in his drink. How gross is that?
