Ended up not buying anything. The staff were on drugs, this is not a over reaction. Who ever owns this place look at the manager on duty and the staff because this was the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. I'll be taking this complaint to corporate. Staff were unhinged. If it helps pinpoint I went thru the drive thru at 8:30. Hope this gets resolved correct.

Just want everyone to know...check your food. Thank goodness my husband opens his drink and pours it into his own cup. We had a portion of a plastic bag in his drink. How gross is that?

Simply asked for my meals to be bagged separately. The manager on duty put an extra an bag inside the bag with ALL THE FOOD IN IT for me to rebag myself. Emma would have never done that to me or ANY CUSTOMER !!!! The food was to be dropped off at two different practice location. So different bags were important to us the consumers.

Wow. Just absolutely killing it. If I was the franchise owner I would be pissed. You would have to try and make food as bad as it gets here. I'll tell you right now Ronald would be pissed and the Cheese Burglar would probably turn himself in. I would be so happy to get a response from someone at the company but that's doubtful.

Run by apathetic poorly-trained teenagers. Just terribly managed. Potentially great play place for kids…every time we go there are -no exaggeration— eight HUGE YELLOW WET FLOOR cones throughout the room with a dry floor. Blocking the entry door, the way to bathrooms, and this is true for the rest of the place. As a disabled person with a walker, I personally moved four cones to get back there to a table. One of them twice (!!) because an employee moved it back to blocking the doorway. An emergency exit door alarm was beeping loudly once per minute, startling everyone. Restaurant had four dine-in customers and I counted eight employees wandering around with headsets getting drinks-they were aware and genuinely incapable of addressing the problem or customers disturbed by it. They’re all twelve and the manager is probably eighteen. For months, The play place has had a huge black storage bin (could hold an adult) sitting on top of something, surrounded by tens of decorative popcorn tins. This pile of danger to discover is literally right up against the play structure. You’ll also see lots of friends of employees lingering around. Super professional. Could be a great spot with better management.
Wheelchair accessibility: The single door they reference to as “accessible” is too narrow for a wheelchair. There is of course a HUGE YELLOW WET FLOOR cone blocking this and every door. If you’re arriving in a chair and can get in, get ready to move cones. Somebody here is reeeeaaaly OCD about these things.
