Beautiful place. Good tea. Friendly service.

I visited yesterday for the first time since 2 years ago. It was still as beautiful as I remember; the best place to relax. The barista, Ashley, was so kind and patient with me because I couldn't figure out what I wanted. She was so knowledgeable about different flavors, components and how the drinks were made. I really appreciate her kindness. I discovered that I love milk oolong tea with some brown sugar.

Lately, the employees here have been moody or disinterested in their job. Every now and again, you get someone amazing, but it seems like those employees aren’t around for long unfortunately.

Recently had an experience with an employee that left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never seen her before so I assume she’s new? I ordered as usual and she barely acknowledged me and seemed totally disinterested.

The tea has gone down in quality, too. It used to be fantastic, but is so watered down now.

Edit: i just posted this and as I was updating my review I got a weird response from the owner? Not sure what’s going on, but with that I’m never coming back…no conversation was ever had with me??? What? Why are you lying?

I can see why this place has high turnover now.

Great teas, pastries, and other goodies. Very nice atmosphere and friendly service.

We attended the Daddy and Me Boba Bash and had a great time. They put a lot of time and effort to make it a fun event. Started with a Boba Tea drink, then dinner, and ended with 5 different games with prizes! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Pink Lady Tea is the best

Baked goods and boba tea are right on! Blending the tea with the boba is also the perfect option so you don’t suck ice cubes up your straw.

I would love to ask that they offer a kids size drink in the future because I paid almost as much to get them a plain lemonade as it cost for my specialty drink. Would be great to have options for a kids size lemonade or milk or apple juice (not one in a glass bottle), just something kids can get to wash down the baked goods.

I had the best experience planning a small baby shower at Nashville Tea Company! They made the process so easy and it was very reasonably priced. The event coordinator was amazing and so sweet. Thank you for making my event special, I appreciate you and definitely recommend for events! =)

They were amazing!!!! We went to their Spring Tea Party. From the food to the service to the TEA!! from top to bottom it was a wonderful and memorable experience! They went above and beyond expectations!! We will definitely be back for their next event!!!! Highly recommend the bluebird tea, it was the star of the show for us!!

Soooo yummm! The Pink Lady tea is fantastic! Pairs so well with the turkey, apple, gouda sandwich. Highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful and peacefull place to take a break on a long work day

I always enjoy going there.They are super nice and very professional. I am a plant enthusiast and I love the plants.She takes very good care of them and the products that they produce their absolutely delicious. I have stopped going for a while because I.Forgot about them, but now I'm there.I'm At least once a week. They are great place.Keep up the great work ladies🥰

Great little tea cafe. Picked up a couple of different teas to try. Highly recommend. They did have gluten free options for sweets.
