The service is always good. The food is good too. They've changed their sauce recipe and we're not a fan of the new sauce. I am deducting 2 stars for the bad sauce.

Had the rib platter with baked beans and mac-n-cheese. The ribs were extremely tender and had a decent flavor. Where the lower rating comes in is the bbq sauce and sides. The bbq sauce had an overpowering vinegar taste. The mac-n-cheese was basically soup with noodles. No thickness about it whatsoever. The baked beans had a thicker viscosity, but no real taste to them at all.

It’s pretty sorry of a place of business to not wait on you when you are sitting in line at the place before closing time then they tell you they are closed. I can’t help the fact you left me sitting there for 10 minutes in line.

The bbq is plain and the beans are ALWAYS ALWAYS OLD and cold yes I said old & . The slaw is...... not far from tasting like chemicals. The chips were the best thing & they are the Sweet Heat Lays!!!! Need I say more? Not just one time. Consistently terrible but I WILL say they can bake a baked potato & that’s why ppl go here. Neelys Mill location. I hope they can have a fresh start in 2021!
I wouldn’t call it bbq. We went to trotwood location. Meat was in liquid like it was boiled and so salty we dumped it in the trash. Waste of our money for sure. Never again.

The staff is friendly and the food is good. I get the monthly special with an extra pound of meat and can feed my family twice for $25. I will definitely eat here again.

This is my first visit to this location, I ordered a potato with chicken. My potato wasn't done in the middle, and when I called to inform the store I received an apology. To me that's horrible customer service, I will finish cooking my potato at home, but will not visit this location again.
