Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza and breadsticks was good. The restaurant was kind of messy. They didn't do a good job On promoting their offers or deals.it was ok.

Like I said… I noticed no gloves was being use while making the pizzas! Like NO ONE!!!! The lady making a pizza stop to take someone’s order, touching money, touching everything then proceeded to go back to making pizza!!!

I wanted to have a really good pizza today so I walked into Papa John’s. Wow, what a mess. The staff ignored anyone coming up to the counter and we’re talking among themselves. One young lady said somebody would like to order a pizza and no one came to the counter or responded to the request. As I waited, I watched, and they all just simply ignored the people who were there. If this is how Papa John’s manages their stores, I guess I will just continue to come here to Jet’s pizza where you are greeted and asked what you would like from now on.

I ordered a SAUSAGE pizza from Papa John's tonight around 10:50 pm th rough Door Dash with a 2 Liter of Pepsi. Less than 15 minutes later, I received a SUPREME pizza and a 2 Liter. I filed a complaint with Door Dash and received credits to which I re-ordered my pizza a 2d time. At roughly 11:45 pm the dasher had finally arrived to pick up my pizza. At 11:50 pm, my dasher disappeared and Door Dash re-assigned my order to another dasher.

When he arrived, he was informed there was no pizza for me that they had given it to someone and double checked to ensure it was a Sausage Pizza. The dasher put me on the phone with them and at first the manager offered me 3 free pizzas tomorrow if I came in. I told him I wanted to eat tonight to which he said he understood but they were now closed and there was nothing he was willing to do to make things right tonight.

When I became upset and started to cuss he got his feelings hurt and informed me if I cussed he would hang up! Poor Gen X got their feelings hurt because they aren't competent enough to work in a damn pizza place without screwing up orders.

If that is how customers are treated by Papa Johns, I will get pizza elsewhere.

Papa John’s is the kind of pizza that’s just... there. Not terrible, not amazing—just reliably average. But somehow, every time I go back, the price has magically gone up like it's gaining value with age. At this rate, a large pepperoni might cost the same as a concert ticket by next year. If you're in a pinch, it'll do—but your taste buds (and wallet) probably deserve better.

A bit rude a employee was making fun of my last name and i didn’t understand why! I think personally it was racist.

The service was great because they delivered in 10 minutes. The cheese stuffed crust pizza was great. I only ate half of it and gave the rest of it to someone else.

Ordered pizza and it was so undercooked and soggy. It had so much cheese on it that it slid off as soon as I picked up a slice. When I called to explain my experience the guy on the phone mocked me and refused to refund me my money.

Rude and disrespectful. little boys. Was ignored for 15 minutes after they decided to return to the inside of store with absolutely no acknowledgment of me standing at the window, pacing back-and-forth, trying to get their attention when they made eye contact with me. All three of them and neither one of them you could come ask if I needed anything. I finally had to call the store to get them to acknowledge that I'd been standing out there when I walked in and mentioned something to them about messing around and dicking around instead of you know, giving me my order that I paid for I got nothing but attitude talking about. It's called, we're closing Didn't look like you're closing to me. Look like y'all were too busy playing around. Well. My food sat there getting called because by the time I got it. It was cold when he shoved it in my face and told me to get out of the store. The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my lifetime, and I have worked in customer service and restaurants for most of my life, that is ridiculous and unacceptable all across the board. I will no longer give any of my money to that store at all. I don't understand how they are still openbeause it's not the first experience i've had like that there

The young gentleman was very friendly. He assisted me in choosing toppings & thickness of crust. Excellent service. I got a papa John’s special. Left off the pepperoni. The pizza was excellent. I’m traveling ..

Gluten free pizza was 👍🏻 was cheese only but that was my choice will do it again! (Get you a marinara sauce or other sauce tho)

I buy pizza every Friday, but I will never buy from this establishment again. Took an hour and half to get pizza, it was cold and didn't give us sauce cups that we paid for and we're on the receipt. Horrible Papa Johns, don't waste your money on this place
