I ordered a chicken pizza thinking I was ordering the Chicken Artichoke Bacon.The guy didn't even inquire more...my fault I know...but, who orders a chicken pizza with red sauce? The dough was so old it stuck to the tray and would not slide onto the oven rack...I had to fold the pizza up and put it on a pizza stoneto get it in the oven...very, very disappointed with this Papa Murphy's and will never go back!

First time here. It is set up something like a subway sandwich shop. Do decide what type of pizza crust you want and toppings. They start at one end and slide the pie down towards the end. There are bowls of different toppings, which are placed on your pie, and it is wrapped up and out you go. You take it home and bake in the oven for about 12 or so minutes. It really wasn't bad. I thought it was better than those frozen ones you get at the grocery store and a lot cheaper than ordering from a pizza place..You bake it at home.

Love their pizza! However, they have begun to put less toppings on the pizza. So, I only go on $10 Tuesdays, now.
The food was ok nothing to write home about. And service well pretty much the same. Was the only person in there and 2 of the girls couldn't stop talking in the back to do their jobs. The cashier started until another customer came in. Some times you get what you pay for.

Gotta love calling to verify hours as like many other businesses they are on temp hours. Confirmed they close at 7pm and showed up at 6:35pm and get told they stop taking orders at 6:30 and they are closing up… I specifically called because I was running to the grocery up the street to grab a few things and had they mentioned it I could have easily stopped there first. If I was a phone order I’d understand cutting off orders at 6:30 but a walk in? Ridiculous, I walked out and they started turning off all the lights. I’m almost certain they just wanted to close early vs running a business. I really hope the young folks working there learn a bit more about retail and food service. I just went back to the store and got a cheaper pizza since clearly they didn’t want to do their job

Called store to check if they had items available before placing an order online. They verified over the phone they did have items. Placed order online and went to pick it up to find out they did not have the items.Vegetarian options: Don’t waste your time

I unfortunately just had the worst service here. We went in an hour before they closed and staff acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to make us a fresh pizza and instead offered us one that was premade. They were in the middle of putting ingredients away for the night. I’m typically not one to complain or leave bad reviews, but this was really bad.
Pick your own toppings and type of crust. Take it home & bake it like you want it. Salads and deserts are available and very delious. Very clean store and the staff is very helpful and polite. My favorite pizza place.

They were about to close up yet the employee was friendly. 1st time trying them. Kinda pricey considering you gotta cook it yourself. Sauce was bland. Too much cheese. Dough was not great. I do appreciate the customer service though.

Well did a online order for 2 stuffed pizzas at 11:39 am n got home n cooked the pizza n they put onions n tomatoes inside the one, I ordered the pizza with out it I called n the manager at 1:30pm they were in the bathroom I waited on hold about 5 minutes then the person came back on n said manager would call me back took my name n number n never called me back I figured that would happen tho not surprised n there closed for the day now so now I’m giving the bad review

My first time visiting this Papa Murpheys and I had a great experience. The cashier I spoke with named Chase was extremely kind and helpful. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions and help make treats that were out of stock, all with a very friendly smile and attitude. I’ve been to many other Papa Murpheys before, and this was definitely the best service I’ve ever received!
