WORST!!! Service I have EVER seen. Get confirmation order is ready. I arrived girl up front said she can’t find order then helps other customers. 20 minutes later after ignoring me I get her attention she has ticket in her hand and says it was never made. I ask for refund since I paid on line., her or manager doesn’t know how to give refund. I said to keep it as I was in the lobby for 58 minutes. Horrible .never received refund!

I ordered for a delivery that the calls man took an said it’ll be here in 30 mins an I called back because it was taking long an she told they didn’t have a driver tonight an was waiting on a dasher I didn’t order door dash if you don’t have a driver don’t take a delivery order

Just for reference pizza hut has a note, sign or whatever you would like to call it on their counter that states something on these lines....if we don't offer to show you your pizza then it's free today.....I didn't get that offered to me and when I brought it up I was simply told well if you would like to check it before you leave then go ahead......poor poor poor training and excuses

I just think it's a shame there are no public bathrooms. I'm 68 years old. On Oxygen and went in to use the bathroom. I had to beg. It was almost too late. NO.I wouldn't order no Pizza.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE They mess up every delivery order, this last one, my order was "lost" and by the time it was lost, the store closed.
Listen to the other reviews, order from the Nashville Highway store, even if you have to do carry out.
The portions have gotten smaller and there’s a charge for parmigiana cheese. That’s ridiculous.

The food was really good. The wings were so good really coated and delicious. This is the second time though that I’ve ordered over $20 worth of wings which is 12 wings, and only got 10 I ordered two separate six pieces. It came in one box and there were no flats at all this is the second time that’s the only reason I’m saying this hopefully next time it will be better
