I actually had an amazing steak here. A very nice restaurant if you’re trying to have a nice dinner. Not to many spots like it here in Columbia!

Rustic building with dust and Cobb webs on the ceiling. Sat down to sticky tables with crumb remnants. Ordered an old fashioned and was a 2/5. Dinner was pretty good I got the scallops. Ordered Tiramisu and the cream had gone ROTTEN. Made me leave with a sick feeling in my stomach. Not worth the pricing.

Old steak house feel. Nice quiet place overlooking the river. Food was enjoyable. The crab cake appetizer was delicious and so was the Artichoke and spinach dip. Seafood Trinity was good, but surprisingly spicy. It was very fillin. The Brussel sprouts needed to be cooked longer, but still good. Ribeye was very good as was the mac and cheese. Overall a very nice dinner. Would definitely go back to try other dishes.

5pm restaurant had 4 tables of customers. I had a party of 4 people.
We ordered fried green tomatoes and pork belly for appetizers. Both were very good.
Me and my wife ordered filet minion, well done (no pink), our friends ordered eggplant dishes. My wife's steak was very pink inside. After bringing out the steaks our friends had no food for 15 minutes. The waitress/bar tender came out and said they lost their food ticket? Another 10 minutes before food was delivered. They messed up her drink order twice after the first miscue.
The restaurant is portrayed as high end. For all the screw ups they offered free desert. $260.00 dinner terrible service. Do yourself a favor, skip this joint. Better food/ service at Longhorn at half the price.

The River Terrace was recommended by Jim & Phyllis at the James K Polk museum as a local place to celebrate a special occasion ... DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

The culinary offerings were fantastic!

Very old run down restaraunt. Food was mediocre at best and very overpriced. We were there on a Friday night and only three other couples were there. I guess the word is out.

My salmon was raw and cold and rice was cold. They remade salmond is was only slightly better. Menu lists $20 you can buy kitchen staff a drink maybe that is why food isnt cooked properly (I hope it was just meant to be a joke, but it didnt say it was). First table we were seated at had a large spider web above it. Maybe invest in a duster.

Quaint little restaurant with delicious food and polite wait staff.

Absolutely outstanding experience. I had the ribeye cooked just the way I asked—perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Everything came out fast and hot. The asparagus was spot on, and the crème brûlée cheesecake was out of this world. We even got to meet the executive chef. Service was fantastic, and the place has that small-town charm that makes you want to come back. A true gem in Columbia, Tennessee.

I had a truly enjoyable dining experience at this restaurant. The service was great—attentive, timely, and added to the overall positive atmosphere. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip was a delicious appetizer—creamy, well-balanced, and satisfying. The Lamb Chops were expertly prepared, served with a rich and flavorful sauce that paired well with the rice and asparagus. For dessert, the Tiramisu exceeded expectations and elevated the experience to an entirely new level with its delicate layers and balanced sweetness—a memorable end to an excellent meal.

You are missing out if you don't eat here! Ate here for the second time and tonight was even better than the first time. I had the salmon with mushroom veggie cream sauce and asparagus. To die for! Had the tiramisu for dessert and it was the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back!
