I visited Ruby Tuesday today and I was pleased with the food but I was disappointed in where the host had seated me. It was only two other couples in the bar area which left about 7 booths available so I was puzzled why she seated me in the booth that she did. The booth that had a large hole in the seat with foam and springs showing . The seat was very uncomfortable so I moved to a different booth but then another couple come in a few minutes later and the host also seated them in the same booth with the large hole . I can’t understand why she continue to seat anyone at that table esp with so many other booths available.

We have always liked Ruby Tuesday’s because of the salad bar and we have eaten at many of them across the nation on our travels. I have to say this particular one is the most disgusting and filthy one I have ever seen. There was dust and dirt everywhere. I placed my hand on the table and it got stuck. The carpet on the floor was very nasty with dirt and stains. I had to replace my chair because it wobbled so bad. This place needs to be leveled and rebuilt again. I brought my family and my 95 year old mother and she could not even finish her salad. The ham was spoilt and the lettuce was brown and the peas were slimy. We had to chase down our server three times to get refills. I don’t know how you have gotten past the health department because I would have shut you down immediately. Shame on you for presenting an establishment such as this when you could do so much better. We will not be back.

Did notice, though, that the lighting fixture above our table is desperately in need of a good dusting (that’s not a pink lampshade, supposed to be red)… didn’t notice til we finished our meal or would have asked for a different table… hate to think those dustballs are falling into plates of food! Great service and food!!!!
