I have only been to this location one time, but I ordered a full rack of ribs today, and I felt obligated to tip my hat to the chef. The meat slid right off the bone. Great job!

I got the new five cheese Smashburger and the picture online it has two patties and the one I got only had one patty for some reason, but it was still really good.
I LOVE Ruby Tuesdays but they need cottage cheese on their salad bar. All salad bars should have it!!

We used to be 'RT regulars', but something changed a couple years ago . . . service went downhill. 3 separate times in 2023 we went there, walked in, no hostess to greet us, and waited at least 5 minutes. Each time the place was empty . . . vacant tables everywhere. We'd make eye contact with a server or bartender, but still no acknowledgement that we were there. Each time, after no one bothered to acknowledge us and seat us, we left. We saw other customers do the same. It was bizarre! After 2 years of becoming 'Applebee's regulars', we decided last night to give RT one more chance. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted and seated quickly, our sever (Jordyn) was fantastic, and the food was as good as we remembered it from years ago. The restaurant was fairly empty . . . perhaps a lot of former customers had the same bad experiences we had, and haven't come back. Based on our experience last night, I would say definitely give them another shot. We will definitely return. (Why not 5 stars? There was no draft beer available. My chair was wobbly to the point I thought it might collapse. And the neon sign outside had several letters burned out . . . not a good message to potential customers driving by and looking for a place to eat. )

There are very few restaurants that have salad bars anymore. That's one of the features I enjoyed most about my visit to Ruby Tuesday. The garden bar is excellent with a varied choice of items, very good dressing, and some of the best croutons you will get anywhere made from what tastes like fresh bread. We had steaks and baked potatoes which were also excellent.

Atmosphere was dismal at most at best builders different times a month cuz we got the salad bar deal most of the time the salad bar lettuce is old sometimes a vegetables can be frozen to the plates and there is always never never never never never never never a host ready to sit people and and welcome them in that little bit would help you all's business a lot to watch the front door every single time I go in there which has been about 10 times already this month usually had to walk in there and find somebody to be set it's been more than 10 to 20 minutes
