Worked their 2 years and loved the environment until we lost a couple managers and others started moving up in position. Thats when the favoritism set in and everything started to go down (employee wise) One manager was allowing another employee to bully the others who have been there just as long. Without handling things the way a professional manager should have. She also allowed an employee to get in the face of another employee.. The employee that was bullying was not even on the clock at the time and came on the servers line starting drama. This was never addressed. Shoneys has lost my respect... On another note though....Tara and Ashley are doing great in their new positions as managers!!?

I will never step foot in this Shoneys again. I thought I’d give them a 2nd chance. Started with the waitress slamming our silverware on the table. She had been staring at someone to sit us but they didn’t feel her stare. It took a while to get our drinks. This is my opinion about shoney's in Columbia Tennessee I think the owner needs to take and straighten them out the food no problem it really tastes good the management let the employees walk around talk on the telephone while they was work to be done but lots of times they wouldn't working while they was talking on the phone to family members or other people heard them talking to I think the onwer definitely need to keep watch on his business or he's going to lose money but now I do have to talk about the owner to I think he needs to do a lot of remodeling would help the business a lot

I've only eaten here a few times and it seems to be hit or miss. The buffet is either really good, or it will make your stomach hurt. I generally get pretty good service from the waitresses, so that makes up for it I guess.
I had heard many times on the radio about Shoneys Strawberry Pie. So we picked one up, took it home and had some with the Coffee. 2 hours later I was on the road to get 2 more! Shoneys Strawberry Pie is absolutely delicious the best!

Well the seafood bar was nasty everything was either dried up or burnt. The salad bar part was not stocked the ranch dressing was watered down and runny. I dont even want say anything about the fruit bar part. So I gave it a one star cause you cant go any lower. Pray i dont get food poison. Service is ok.
