Ir took 30 min to get food that was cold and drinks were watered down because of the ice melting the food was not worth it

Got here and ordered on the app, took half an hour to get a barely warm hotdogs, and tater tots. The chili cheese wraps and onion rings were cold. Apparently our order sat so long on the counter that all the ice in my wife's drink melted. So food was cold ranging to barely warm and not well made. Will not be returning to this Sonic.

Food is good but if you want it before 20mins go somewhere else and God forbid if you are on lunch break you'll not getting anything and no way of a refund..I will never go to any sonic ever again! Is ashame i really like thier food

Ordered through the app but there was an issue, so I couldn't check in when I arrived. I walked inside and told them I was having issues and they said the check-in wasn't working. It would have been nice if they came to me instead of me having to go in, especially if they knew there was an issue. Aside from that small issue though, my order was ready fast and delicious. The hops were nice.

Always check your bag for your sauces. I asked for sauces before they came out. Got home realized I don’t have the cheese sauce for my pretzels. Great service other wise!
