the service i received today was completely not acceptable! i was told 4 different times i could not use apple pay or pay on the app when i’ve done it for over 2 years ! she gave me all my food and drinks before i payed . and after i couldn’t pay with apple pay she told me “ i recieved the wrong order “ like i was gonna steal the food or something . i told her i can just type my entire order in the app and pay that way , and she said it’s fine we will make you new food , which will be your correct order . so i ordered on the app “ with apple pay” and they brought me the exact same food out 20 minutes later and tried to roll each bag in a big bag , like i wouldn’t have noticed and it was freezing cold after i was told , my food would be made fresh . finally got fresh food and the drinks are wrong . smh

Really good food. Fast service even though they were busy.
Ordered combos, was charged for everything separate. Of course my bill was larger, so I asked to talk to the manager. Manager did not help or apprar to be interested in helping at all. In her own words, “everything is expensive these days”. Yes it is, that’s why charging someone extra when it could have been all charged as a combo will make someone feel like never going back to this again.
This is the worst location!!! Placed a large order for my family and when it came out it was literally frozen everything was ice cold when we got it home. Called and asked for a manager his name was Wayne and was supposed to call me back, 2 days later I called him back to see why wasn’t there a phone call from him and literally offered me nothing back.

I came through order number 499 on 11/18/2023 and ordered food. All American dog and #1. The amount of condiments in our food was grotesque and purposefully horrible. It is absolutely unacceptable. We had to throw away our hotdog and burger. The worker who made our food had ruined what we paid for and did so on purpose. This was not an accident. It looks very intentional as we are quite upset with this.

I think the girl was new maybe...she asked if she could get us anything else, and I said, "Napkins?" She responded, "They're in the bag," and then she just turned and walked away before we could say anything else. There was one napkin and one mint between the two of us. We got a shake, slushie, tots, and a pretzel bread stick with cheese. I tipped her well when I paid for my order. About 20%. Not complaining, because everyone can have an off day...and I usually have excellent service there...and the food is always fresh and the correct temp.Parking: 40ishKid-friendliness: Great value for kid's meals.

Ordered 12 French toast sticks, no syrup. My heart is broken in ways the English vocabulary cannot describe. To make matters worse, I also ordered 2 drinks, as I was sharing this French feast with my lovely girlfriend, and I only received one post meal breath mint. The employees must’ve assumed that I sounded like the type of man to eat 12 French toast sticks by myself, and treat myself to two large drinks to wash it down. 5/10 will most likely be back.
