Stopped by this evening and they were having trouble with their new POS. It was intermittently working and the line was long. It denied a few cards because of some sort of issues and the manager was on the phone with corporate. There was a young man named Crow working and even though there was a long line and stress from the system not working he stayed calm and kind. I probably would have just quit because of all the issues he was having. He handled himself well and instead of me just leaving because of the inconvenience I went to the ATM and got cash to pay for my things. If he had the patience, I could too. Thank you, Crow for the great customer service despite the POS issues. You deserve a RAISE!

I want to say the lady at the register was awesome! The reason for the one star was because the GM Lisa was yelling at a guy and girl in front of the customers. There was one person at the register cooks cooking ppl stocking stuff. As soon as the guy walked behind the desk she started fussing at him. If there was an issue she should have taken care of the line of customers and then talked to the employee! She should have never done it in front of everyone. I went up the the man and apologized to him for her acting that way. You should not be talked like that and embarrassed in front of customers by management period!!!! SPEEDWAY you need to go back and watch the camera Oct 17 around 2:15pm and watch. Actually you need to before that because I overheard another employee talking to a coworker saying she has been yelling at them all day. And they said they can’t do it much longer! That is bad management! She needs retraining and she needs to apologize to her employees! That is not professional at all!!!!! There is a time and place to speak with an employee if there is an issue! That was not the time or place nor the tone she should have spoken to the employees! The employees was making sure to get food out ppl stocking and asking employees if they needed help! They get 5stars!!!!! The GM got the 1!

Don't bother coming to this location if you plan on eating anything. One time I came here there was nobody working the food counter and two other times, a week apart, I came here the pizza machine was down. And all the guy could tell me was that the pizza machine was unplugged. This is the only Speedway I've ever had any problems trying to get any food from. Which is a shame because Speedway is known for having really good pizza

I went to this gas station on Wednesday evening (October 8th)... I wanted something to eat on my way out lol the lady in the cafe (Pat) was the nicest most helpful person I have ever come across!! I stood there because I just couldn't make up my mind up lol she stood with me and was going through different things and helped me pick something out. She even put my things on the counter for me and was just amazing. However she is the only reason for this rating as the lady that checked me out (Vanessa) was so rude and cold and open sores on her face and an attitude to match told me I could not get gas .... she looked at me and said she guesses i have to go somewhere else to get my gas. If it were not for Pat I promise I would never go back, however because of her and her kindness i will!

I guess 7/11 owns speedway now but I’ve recently came in town and this place is a dump now compared to 2-3 years ago and so on… just not nearly as nice everything in here has dirt and grime… just not the place I remember walking into.. online says you have e85 and that’s incorrect.. just a different level of professionalism I’m used to with QuikTrip and Casey’s. Now I’ve got home before putting my review in and you guys still gave me the wrong stuff what a freaking joke

I will never go back to this store. We just went up there to take cover from the Tornado Warning and when we walked in the manger and the other 2 ladies started cussing us saying to get out you can't stay here. I told her there is a Tornado coming and she said so and there were 3 other ladies with small kids taking cover. I told her yall have never had a problem with it before plus there is no where else to go.My husband walked out to smoke and she locked the door and I said lady you just locked my husband out and she said so and I told her so nothing that's my husband. They called the cops to have everyone to leave.I told the manager you just lost 12 customers and she said that has nothing to do with it and I told her it not matter and yes we will never be back. My husband told her that he will call corporation and she said I don't care maybe they will shut this place down. How would they like it if they had to take cover from a Tornado and they was told to leave.I just got sent a message that one of the woman that works there posted on fb about everyone saying that we were all ghetto im not ghetto. SHE NEEDS TO LOSE HER JOB and the manger. 😡😡

They was nasty and got people that smokes weed that works there and I went this morning because of a tornado and a family was there to with their little kid and a Their baby and the run every person away back out in to the tornado storm

Very displeased would not take my money because they said they couldn't make change and then as I walk off the lady tell me if I don't like it I don't have to come back I go to the store a lot so I was shocked that she said that so I told her I will call her manager and I have tried to call and have not received a call back or no one has answered the phone this is ridiculous the way she talking to customers

This place sucks. Soda from the fountain comes out flat and luke-warm. Half of the stuff is broken. Whoever owns this place really doesn’t give a crap.

Would not eat here... Saw a guy who works in the Toyota service department grabbing the griller items with his hands before selecting the one he wanted!! I'm not saying it's the store's fault...Just want to set the record straight for anyone who wants to eat here...
