If you use the app to make a purchase and they are sold out of an item the store does not have the ability to refund you. The customer has to call a service number and get refunded 5 days later. Don’t trust the app, it’s not integrated with the store and it’ll take 5 days to get a refund, assuming you can get through the 1.800 number.

The staff are really friendly! One time I ran a few minutes behind grabbing by coffee that I ordered through the app, and they remade it even though I was fine with it being a little watered down! The drinks are pretty consistent and the foods good too. They’re one of the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to honestly.

I ordered 2 large drinks, and long store short they had to remake them 3 times. The person that took the order was talking on the phone then she was talking to her associate that was with her and they argued about her lunch hour. No wonder she didn’t get the order right or he didn’t make it right!! Both!

Training needed badly for actual baristas Who are very hard workers. So training too be consistent please 6 other specialty coffee spots in our smallish town that are very good

Drinks never taste right, too many workers so not comfy or personable, positive both starbucks dip and air dry things in sanitizer then use those items which results in tummy cramps, burning throat, vomiting, and diarrhea. Employees say its policy! To poison or make guests sick? Both Starbucks need to be trained by The Best Barista Around, who can teach how to make drinks properly, and good every time. Worst downfall at both Starbucks is the addition of technology ( online/to go ordering)(purely for greed); prefer an old school type place where folks only do business in person, and where in person/guests takes priority over technology and bad policies.
