I had just got my grande drink and then had to get the groceries checked out when the whole drink spilled out of the cart while putting them on the conveyer. The cashiers were gracious and cleaned up and Kat at Starbucks made me another drink; she is a wonderful and patient person.

I usually never have a problem with this Starbucks, today I went to get my regular drink The lady told me that they were low on heavy cream which is understandable but she basically told me they had heavy cream but wouldn’t make my drink with it . I’ve never heard anything like that before . It’s ethier you have it or you don’t .

2nd time I've had a new person make me an Americano at this Kroger's store Starbucks, and it's made so bad, that it's un-drinkable. This never happens at the stand alone store on James Campbell. Train your people Starbucks Kroger's. That is all.

I really gave three stars because of the inconsistency. I always add 1-2 additional espresso shots to my drink and sometimes it gets added and sometimes it doesn’t. They do always remember to charge me for it. I don’t mind paying the extra but the espresso better be in it!

If you use the app to make a purchase and they are sold out of an item the store does not have the ability to refund you. The customer has to call a service number and get refunded 5 days later. Don’t trust the app, it’s not integrated with the store and it’ll take 5 days to get a refund, assuming you can get through the 1.800 number.

My Carmel ribbon crunch was Great ? just as I ordered it
The staff are really friendly! One time I ran a few minutes behind grabbing by coffee that I ordered through the app, and they remade it even though I was fine with it being a little watered down! The drinks are pretty consistent and the foods good too. They’re one of the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to honestly.
