Forget trying to use a coupon. Unable to speak English in a method understandable for a southerner. The drink machine broke so an uncharge for bottled drink. Save your money and go somewhere that wants your business.

I had a flatbread chicken and it was very good, however my husband ordered a Philly on white bread and there was not enough meat to cover the sandwich. We called the store because there should be meat in every bite. The manager said “we use 1 scoop of meat for a 6 inch”. I completely understand this, however maybe a little more than one scoop should be considered if it’s not enough to cover the whole sandwich. Like I said mine was good, really it was amazing (again I had the flatbread which is not as much dough).

I’m not the type to want time to write a review, so I hope that says something about this subway. I’m writing a review today in hopes to help someone not make the mistakes I’ve made. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. JUST DRIVE A MILE DOWN THE ROAD TO ANOTHER SUBWAY. Trust me. I love subway and have been eating it my whole life. I’ve never had to go back to a subway except for this location, because of the quality of food was is so bad I need it replaced. It’s never fresh, the bread is either undercooked or extremely overcooked, and they pile the ingredients to one side, it’s very sloppy and shows no care in the costumer. This is the 3d time I’ve gone beck to this place to have them replace my order. I really think the staff just DONT CARE about selling “good quality product”. They don’t care what they are selling, they just want to make a buck. They won’t even except coupons, at this location. THERES 4 DIFFERENT SUBWAYS 5 MINUTES FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! DONT COME HERE!!! Then they don't want it when I bring it back, and tell me this is how it supposed to be. You’ll have to fight them to fix any mistakes because they will try their hardest to talk you out of it. How can you tell a costumer how something is “supposed to be”!! Something a costumer would know, considering it’s what the costumer loves or they wouldn’t be there in the first place buying it from you. So don’t be telling it’s supposed to be over toasted, or it’s supposed stale or undercooked. Dude get business together before you lose it. I love subway, it’s just this one location. Don't waste you time and money. Just drive to any other location. Any other location would at least give you some kind of costumer service. There’s like 2 subways just in a 2 mile radius of this one, just saying. The staff at this location are always on their phones, its a miracle if an employee sees you walk in the way they are on their phones, and it’s obvious they hate their jobs and don’t even want to be there. Save your money. Save your time. Go to a different subway, they are everywhere. Don’t make my mistakes. I’ve never felt like something needs to be done about an establishment like you do for this place. Please I hope someone can save this location before they have to close their doors. I am furious because I’ve been to this location 5 times 3 of the times they made me feel like I got robbed. Selling me garbage. 3/5 times not a good look. I really don’t even think corporate trained them on the expectations of how a store should be ran. They just sold a franchise to this family that had enough money to buy the subway name and didn’t train them. Or they train them and the staff just said screw it ill run this franchise how I want to run it. CORPORATE IF YOU READ THIS, PLEASE CLOSE THIS STORE FOR 1 WEEK TO TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. thank you for your time.

Took the time to put order in on app. The order went through, showed up to restaurant, pulled up app, got notification that order didn’t go through. The money came out of account and got put back in. Here is the kicker, on the app, I applied a BOGO through app, showed cashier that order went through and how it came back. Begged him to please honor BOGO. He said sorry it’s only for online orders. I know but I showed where it went through and system spit it back. I did everything right but system didn’t take it. Please honor order. Nothing I can do. It was $7 savings for us. My family spent $50. Very disappointed. Customer service out the window.

I got a ft long spicy Italian, it was the worst sub ever it only had pep and salami for meat and it was paper thin. I will never go back there again I got home and laughed and just said to myself.
