Ordered food here and will say I’m very disappointed ! Never have I ever had a subway try to jip me on the meat! My sub sandwich was definitely all bread and like two slices of tomatoes! If you continue this up good luck keeping the doors open! I won’t be back, and will definitely be recommending the one in Spring Hill it’s much more worth the drive than this.

They helped me out and offered me a refund for my order. The workers on the phone were very nice and made sure to get in contact with me to get my refund!

The employees working here are scammers. I ordered a footlong regular spicy Italian. When time to pay, I had a coupon for $6.99 footlong sandwich. She applied the code but the total came out to $8.76. We checked the receipt & saw a charge of 0.99 for extra cheese. When my husband asked her why that charge was there, they spoke to each other in another language & then told him the prices come with extra cheese, but when you use a coupon they charge you for it. Huh? If the price already includes “extra cheese” which I didn’t ask for, why are we getting charged extra for it? It’s because you’re using a coupon. So she said to tell them beforehand you have a coupon, so they don’t put the full amount of ingredients that a regular sandwich without coupons have. So heads up, if you use coupons they’ll charge you extra (even when you don’t order “extra”), even if the price already includes it. Or you tell them beforehand you have a coupon, & you will not get the full amount of food. Scam.

We always get our subs, then take them home to eat… But we’ve always been very satisfied with our food. My favorite is the Spicy Italian, with all the toppings. (I love it!) My husband’s favorite has always been the Meatball Sub… but lately he’s been trying out the whole menu, and so far he loves all the choices.We also love their footlong pretzels! Our only complaint is sometimes they put on too much oil, whichmakes the subs soggy. I recommend asking for 1/2 the normal oil… but besides that, everything else is good!
Dietary restrictions: It’s easy to find a sub, bowl, etc. - no matter what your dietary restrictions are.
Kid-friendliness: The kids menu can be adjusted, depending on what your child likes. Plus chips and cookies…
The food is very good, service is always top notch!! And it's always very clean. I definitely let our Family and Friends know about Our Subway on hwy 43 next to Superrama!! I rate this subway 100/100 Best Subway in Tennessee!!

Sandwich was great. The cashier was extremely helpful and quite the comedian. He even helped me pick out the toppings for my 6-inch sub. However, when I went to the bathroom after placing my order, I accidentally stumbled into a large man (roughly 250 pounds). I apologized, profusely, yet he wouldn't stop staring at me for the remainder of my visit. I asked the management if they could do anything about it, but of course, they had to politely decline. It's not as if he actually broke any rules, but it was just a strange experience overall. Attached is an image of the man I encountered. I cannot recommend the staff and the food enough, but I must give warning: if you see this man, do NOT go to the bathroom. o.O
