I have been here 3 times now. 2 of the times resulted in me having to drive off from sitting with no response from employees. I sit and wait, I also pull around to the window to see if I can get a response, but nothing. Today I sat for around 10 minutes. I understand staffing may be difficult but I feel as if I gave them enough time and even a simple “Hello, could you just give us one moment” would be more than enough and I’d gladly wait. The 1 time I have gotten donuts here they were tasty and fresh. Today I just wanted to see if they had a cake available for my wife’s birthday coming up, but I guess I am going somewhere else for that now.

She didn't have a record of it and I had to pull-up the receipt on my phone.The customization you mentioned was leaving off the balls on top of that cake and writing happy bday on the top. All bakeries customize their cakes.Let me suggest when a customer shares an honest review, instead of arguing a customers situation and perspective, you would do better to accept it and move on. I didn't ask for a refund, leave a rude remark or do anything unprofessional here. I even complimented the cake. I also took a photo of your bakery.A professional response from a business always brings the possibility you may earn their business later whereas your response here ensures it will not.

The donuts and cupcakes are not only beautiful, they are delicious!! (I recommend the pumpkin donuts especially!) The inside seating area is so cute- very peaceful place to grab a sandwich or treat. The people working there were very kind!

Exceptional customer service. We had a small concern and they went above and beyond to make us happy, and this isn't the first time they've done so. The iced coffee is perfect, strong but not bitter. We get the bacon breakfast sandwich every time, and so far have loved the cinnamon donut and the Apple fritter (pro tip- ask for it warmed up!). One of our favorite spots in Columbia.

Mini donuts were great! My kids loved them! The pumpkin bread was also very good and iced coffee! I got some very cute cupcakes to take home as well.

Best little bakery in Columbia! Every time we’ve come here, the service is excellent, and obviously the food is next level. We recommend the breakfast sandwich, the cinnamon donut, OH and the Apple fritter of course. Ask for it warmed up!

The donuts were fabulous! Service was okay. It was very busy and they were apparently having a Harry Potter themed day and only served speciality donuts. Would have loved to try some of their regular options. Parking was a bit crazy.
