First of all, let me start by saying that DoorDash drivers are not allowed to open your bag and make sure all your food is in there so it is The responsibility of the workers To make sure that everybody’s food is correct, especially when getting food delivered by DoorDash. This is my second time in a row paying over $40 for food on DoorDash and not receiving nothing but half of my items and being disappointed in my kids being hungry because their food did not come. I work at Taco Bell off of Trotwood in Columbia, Tennessee to get it together right now today and a manager needs to have a talk with people who are bagging food

Ordered a cheese quesadilla mentioned they’ve been leaving cheese off and skimping so please fill it. They gave me an unheated quesadilla with unmelted cheese. I sent back, explained the issues.. Then they gave me the flattest lacking in cheese quesadillas ever. Pic for reference. This is every time at this location. Employees care more about speed of service than quality of food.

Honestly one of the most disappointing Taco Bell’s I’ve been to! Food quality is disgusting ! Asked for loaded nachos no guacamole and roasted chicken instead of beef what I got was NO MEAT OR OTHER SIDES AND ONLY NACHO CHEESE! Soft taco asked for cheese and light lettuce got only potatoes! My first time I didn’t complain since it was a late night and was packed this time I’m mad! Angry and probably won’t be back!

We ordered in the line on a sunday night, checked the bag to be sure it looked correct, but it is my fault for not actually looking in the boxes to verify they were what we ordered. Got home, a 30 minute ride, and the entire order was wrong. I called 60+ times and emailed (still no answer) before finally getting in contact with someone. They refuse to give us money back even tho what we got was not anything we actually ate (chicken 🤢🤢). All they could do was put our name in a book to replace it. As we do not live close, it could be a year or more before we are that way again and we have to hold on to the receipt that long to get the food we actually ordered. I would never recommend this location.

I’m probably the biggest Taco Bell fanatic you’ll ever meet, but this location suffers from a lack of detail and tonight was the last time I’ll go here. It’s been bad before, but tonight was the last time I give them a chance. When I’m paying 10 dollars for the most basic of combos, I expect there to be enough meat to make a taco a taco. I ordered the Doritos Locos combo with meat and cheese only (which I always repeat to make sure there can be no misunderstanding). Each taco had lettuce, and almost no meat. The shells were stale. I have yet to eat the quesadilla because I pulled over in my car to write this review. Frankly, I want my money back and I intend to avoid this location in the future. They don’t know how to run it.

Went two different days. Restaurant was good, relatively clean. Food was decent, warm, not the best but not the worst. Bathroom is a little odd, shame that it's not a two stall Bathroom when there are two toilets in one bathroom.. Staff varied from I hate life vibes to enjoy work. Ill eat here again.

EDIT: Went back the next day and the service was MUCH better.
First visit in quite some time. Came here for the new nuggets which were great. The place is clean and pretty spacious. The parking lot is tricky to get in and out of. The service was very lackluster as the guy wasn't that friendly and didn't seem to be listening.
Overall, a decent experience. Not highly recommended by me but a good place for a quick bite to eat.

I would like to say this Taco Bell has been the worst experience yet. We try to order and the girl running the window with a nose piercing and short blond hair was being extremely rude to us. We walked inside and told us if we ordered inside to take home she would not give us our food. Said if we paid inside to take home we couldn’t get our food and wouldn’t serve us at all.

Food is almost always great, but when it's bad it's bad. If the chips are burnt (which has happened like 5+ times) you can already know it's not going to be a great meal. Employees are ok but sometimes just trying real hard to get you to drive off. When it's good though -which is quite often- it's fire.
