This will probably be the last time I visit this location. Had a pickup order last night and they were out of flat bread due to a delayed shipment due to weather. So several items in my order had to be replaced. No big deal. They offered substitutions, but what they offered wasn't the same value. Ordered several CGCs and a chalupa, but was offered beefy 5 layers as a substitution. Seriously? I at least should have been offered a crunchwrap or something of similar value to the items that I ordered. I wasn't offered anything over $2 even though the items that I ordered are $4+. The guy at the counter (I assume the manager) kept saying Taco Bell couldn't take the hit financially, but expected the customer to? I thought this was crazy and tried to explain the difference in value to what they were offering in a reasonable way, but he wasn't getting it. I was never rude, but didn't get the same courtesy in return. I couldn't cancel the order at this point because it was a mobile order and they had already started making my items. I would have gladly accepted a refund for these items. Instead, I reluctantly agreed to the subs because there wasn't much I could do at this point. I was literally standing at the counter and he kept talking about me like I wasn't standing right there. Whoever this guy is really needs to work on his communication skills and take a crash course in what equal value means. Food is usually ok at this location, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended.

The one star is for the gross bathroom. I did NOT speak to staff; tried to reach corporate on social media and that failed. The women’s bathroom is in dire need of a renovation as clearly the interior stall walls have been removed. And not replaced. There are two toilets in the open room. Two trash receptacles. And the usual single sink. Clearly something drastic was done here and it doesn’t make sense. The room is filthy. It needs a thorough steam clean, not just a mopping. Floor is grimy and trash containers dirty. The bottom of the door is filthy. The dark tiles obscure some of the grime but it’s visible. Drain in floor is really dirty. I would recommend a professional cleaning is needed. And stalls replaced.
We went through the drive-thru. Did not take long to get our order at all. And our order was correct.

Don’t get a number 10 because they won’t give you the fries and cheese that shows on the menu and online that’s supposed to come with it!! They rip you off and just say sorry it don’t come with that!!!!

Update 10/22/2023: Do yourself a favor & Travel to different Taco Bell other than Columbia, TN.Tried this Taco Bell again, and yet again their quality of food was disappointing.Baja Blast soda is off, and tasted like Baja Blast wieth Sierra mist mixed in.. :(Ordered 2 combos that each came with Nacho fries, except they forgot the Nacho Cheese for each fry.Quality of food wasn't great, had a gordita with and uncooked shell, spicey Chipotle sauce on a chicken casadilla even after asking for no Chipotle sauce.Syrup ratio on drinks Stary & Baja Blast was off the last two times going to this location.Customer service was about a 2, the person taking orders in the drive through had a short attitude when asked about what soda options are offered.
