Taco Express Mexican Grill - Columbia

One of my favorite places to eat anywhere. The green sauce is wonderful. The steak or chicken fries are my go to, but the burritos and taquitos are also good.

Went in and placed order to go. The ladies working the counter were pleasant and helpful. Spent almost $75 not bad for what we got. The only issue I have was we obviously ordered to go so didn’t check food til we were home. We received everything that wasn’t the issue. The issue is how do you cook 5 taquitos (rolled tacos) burn them all and then still put cheese and guacamole on top to hide it. All the food was great except that. The cook knew better he just chose not to remake them. Hopefully in a future visit we will not have this happen again.

Worst taco salad I have ever had. Thought it was just the one location but nope. At both locations the taco salad wasn't good. Bland, no seasoning at all.

Insanely good food. Incredible aguas frescas (mango!) and the staff was super friendly and gave us very good recommendations. We got a pastor burrito and a shredded chicken burrito. The queso dip is top notch too.

Taco Express is a great little gem that we go to regular..the staff is always in a great mood and the cook is the best..I'd love to call him name but can't remember it..always waves at us when we come in..thanks for doing great work.

They always miss something or get something wrong on our to go orders. They need to have only trained, competent people answering phones and filling orders. Salsa in included in EVERY order here and they left it out this time. The time before my order was wrong. I’m about to give up on the best tasting Mexican food in Columbia bc the mistakes make the experience so unpleasant

Best Mexican food in Columbia/Spring Hill. The girls at the counter are always super nice and helpful. The food is *chef's kiss*. Nobody does tacos like Taco Express. The hardshell shredded beef taco is as authentic Mexican as you can get around here. So good.
