My brother highly recommended this venue. We were greeted and seated very politely, and got an excellent server. However, we quickly realized that things here were a bit pricier than average. On top of that, although cooked correctly, the food was not as spectacular as the price would have suggested. For these prices, we have a couple of local steak places that serve a more memorable product. However, it was a clean and interesting place, and our server made the "sting" not as painful. In fact, we would almost come back just because of her.

Love this place. The appetizers are great! Meals are great. Not as expensive as you might expect when you see "steakhouse" in the name. Really enjoyed our meals each time we've been and they do a great job at making great food that isn't just steak. Great place for couples or for families and friends.

We actually were part of a private party that ate upstairs, but the food was excellent and server was great. My steak was very good as was the rest of the meal.

I took my family here for a meal. The experience was average I’d say. Waitstaff was good and attentive; recommendations were helpful. Entrees were a little on the high side for the food quality. Several orders of the brisket plates had lot of gristle. Quite a few normally included sides add a few bucks to your meal price. There were eight in my group, four were children ten and under, who got identical orders. STS hit us with a “large group” service charge and expected a tip besides ( see Tip line on your receipt). Quite audacious! This wouldn’t be a favorite place but I’d come again, order very selectively and it at two tables ?

A great place for a great meal. I had grilled shrimp with roasted vegetables, along with the stuffed mushrooms appetizer. All were cooked to perfection. The cheesecake is great, too. Friendly, efficient staff. Free wi-fi and 3 large-screen TVs kept me entertained while I dined alone. I will be back.

I have been here about four times now and every time I walk away thinking "that was the best meal I have ever had". The steak is delicious and on my last visit all four steaks cooked just right. I have had more than steaks and even their other dishes are great.

We enjoyed great food and the service was attentive and timely. The prices are a little high but worth it for the service and quality we experienced. Outdoor seating was very nice. We will definitely eat here again.
Tyler was our server he was amazing!!! I really loved the atmosphere and the service. The food was absolutely delicious. I’m definitely coming back again. I highly recommend Southern Tre. A very happy customer. You guys are awesome!!!
