Just stopped by with my family for the first time.so yummy! I had the pulled pork, which was magical, with herbed potatoes and mushrooms. My husband is vegan and my son is vegetarian and we all had delicious options. My husband got the smoked cauliflower and it was amazing!!! Great service and kind people. Loved it and will be back regularly!

My husband and I loved it! The staff is incredibly friendly, and was extremely helpful the moment we stepped in the door. And our meals were delicious! They give free homemade sauces, and bottled water too. We will definitely be back!

I placed order over internet, picked up my food and it was AWESOME! I had the London Broil Beef, mushrooms & potatoes. The beef was great! The mushroom mix was something I've never had before, but definitely will again! The potatoes were in a scoop like shape, a little different, but they were awesome good too! I didn't get to meet Chrissy, but I did meet Paul & he's a super nice & cool guy! I think I've found my favorite waitress ever, there too! ;) They have specials that I haven't gotten to try yet, but will!

Wow, what a dang surprise! We were heading for a food truck and saw the place and decided to give it a go. Super happy we did. Very fresh comfort food.I'm not sure how the menu works, but when we were there, they had 3 meats, then a choice of unique sides. Three of us each had something different and everything was crazy good. I had a smokey, lemon herb chicken, my son had sliced beef "something" and my wife had smoke roasted broccoli. All was dang good. We all took home leftovers from our lunch there.Can't wait to take friends there. It is good!

First time here. Nice meat and three. We went, because I'm a vegetarian and was excited to try the smoked cauliflower. It was pretty good. My husband had chicken and said it was very moist. I guess the least thing I liked about it was that they serve everything in aluminum trays, and don't recycle.

We just moved to Columbia. I found out about The Cranky Yankee when I went to the Dotted Lime Bakery for the first time (which is super yummy). We ordered online tonight. Food was ready in 15 min and my husband said the roasted chicken was the best chicken he’d ever had. I had the veggie plate with Mexican corn, Brussel sprouts, roasted potatoes and a salad. Everything is delicious. Plus all meals come with a cheddar biscuit. Yum!

Food was incredible and fair servings for the price. If I had one complaint it would be drink availability. You either get bottled water or pay for a glass bottle of off brand soda. Would be great to see fresh brewed sweet tea or soda fountain. The food (and service) was really good though and overshadowed any negatives related to drink selection. Really glad I gave this place a try and look forward to stopping in more often.
Do yourself a favor and stop by Cranky Yankee next time you’re in the area. The chicken is so far my favorite regular entree, but I would suggest getting the special if they have one that day. Those have been incredible. All of the sides are fantastic, and the broccoli rice casserole is a crowd-pleaser for kids. Anything you get will be enough for two meals, so split it or take extras homes. Don’t be a fool and skip dessert.

Ok, so I've eaten at the Cranky Yankee two or three times now. I've had the London broil, the herb chicken and the pulled pork. I've had the herb roasted veggies and potatoes. The meal with a drink was $12.00. Everything I've tried so far has been outstanding! There's not a long wait and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.
