It's frustrating that you have to order togo food online or by going in person and sitting there for 30 minutes to wait. You can't order togo food over the phone anymore. It's only frustrating because when you go online you can't customize/order specific things so then you're forced to go in person and sit there and wait. Like if you just want three eggs, there's no option to order that. When you have a small child it's a whole lot easier to order from home then just go pick up after some time has passed. Either the online ordering needs to be revamped or there should be an option to call in orders

Worst experience I’ve EVER had at any restaurant ever. Server Madyson is the worst server I’ve ever seen in my life. Counter was filthy. I sat for 10 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged me. Had to ask for a rag to clean THER counter. Instead of bussing dishes they were just slid to each side of me. Imagine eating with that filth next to you. I ordered all star special. Subbed the grits/hash browns for biscuit and gravy. Biscuit was burned and gravy was almost hard. 5 minutes later bacon comes out. 5 minutes after that the eggs come out which I ordered over medium. They were as runny as a busted water balloon. I specified I wanted a chocolate chip waffle. She never even made it or told the cook to make it. I sat 5-7 minutes and finally had to ask HER where my waffle was. She proceeded to make a half waffle iron waffle with no chocolate chips. She isn’t attentive, doesn’t listen, has ZERO customer service skills. I abandoned the waffle and my meal and her tip and asked for my check to leave. Horrible horrible experience. Manager needs to be held accountable for having a worker like Madyson not trained to do jack nada.

It's pretty bad when it's 4 am the restaurant is empty and you can't sit at the counter because it's filthy and you look over and there's an employee asleep and the poor cook has to stop cooking to clean the counter . This is not the first time this happens . Last Friday I was served sour milk and Monday morning the same employee that was sleeping was busy visiting with friends and wouldn't even bring me the check , once again the cook had to stop cooking to ring up and collect my money . I think that after stopping here for breakfast 5 days a week for almost 7 years I'll figure out what and where I can get some breakfast besides Waffle House . I wouldn't want to have to wake anyone up , they must be really tired .

Server was grumpy could tell she was new. She Was using her hand to wipe clean silverware. Left food sitting on counter causing all to be cold. Had to ask for sides as she forgot to bring them Spilled coffee all over our check after we finally got refill after asking twice. Will not go back

Food was great. We were greeted very nicely, but our waitress , Sue, was so rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a cherry coke. She snapped at the next table for asking for coffee. Then when that table left, she snapped at the woman with 2 kids (toddler and infant in carseat) who were very quietly and patiently waiting for her to clear the table.
