The cook was terrible. My hash browns were over done, the bacon was partially burnt, my scrambled eggs were not good and my husband never got his waffle. But the worst part was as I was paying I look past the waitress and saw a huge bug crawling on the counter with the food in the prep area!! Some serious attention needs to be paid at the Waffle House.

When we walked in, there were several employees behind the counter. As we were seated, we were greeted by a waitress who promptly took our drinks, and food order.......... then she, and almost every other employee, disappeared.They all went outside, leaving this one young man to run both the grille as well as serve in the entire facility.Tables were not clear, dirty dishes and tables were left all about and those employees decided to just let him fend for himself while they all stayed gone the entire time we sat and ate...... come to find out every single one was outside. Smoking, and talking in vehicles.Highly inappropriate. Management needs to really come check on this location. It used to be my favorite..... it's gone downhill as of late and this is a prime example as to why.
