We went to Wendy’s on 12-21-25 at 2:30 pm and was trying to to order food an had to set in line for several mins then we got to speaker to order phone they kept saying couldn’t hear then all I said was damn I done said it three time an instead trying to help me. They got very rude then when I got to the window they started asking what my problems is and being very rude an threatening an then instead grieving me my food they made me pull into parking spot an made me wait forever on my food an we come hear often but we will not ever be back here the disrespect an the unprofessionalism here is a complete an utter disgrace an we watched car after car pull out that order after we did an we order on mobile app an still made us wait just bc they mad bc they was in a rush an then they slammed window in are face we have kids in the car an they were super confrontational an just completely ridiculous for a place of business or management if this is how Wendy’s treat people it’s disgusting then when finally brought food out it was a manger an she wouldn’t even listen just kept saying they have the right an we were rude an call manger bc they not gonna do anything like they can just do whatever we want then they didn’t give us are frosty an on top that we were there until 2:45 am Order online Like they way they did was just ridiculous act we out on the street or something instead I was there with family an will never go back we order at store 3318 in Columbia tn James Campbell blvd the kid was Jevon very rude unprofessional an the manger was just a bad she should not be in that position at all they should both be fired for treating people this way we order online at 2:15 an never got food till 2:45 an manger brought out still acting like they have every right do whatever they want an say whatever they want like how is this allowed total disregard an disrespect order number 1436135269

The night shift crew is a joke with a memory of a dodo bird. Literally have a list of what was ordered and forgot three items. Told him and he had a little fit for screwing up then he was still bright enough to mess up the one with the wrong size. Most laughing stock crew from any fast food place I ever seen

I had been craving a baked potato so spent 40 minutes of my off day driving to get one. I ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives. I get home and there is no butter or sour cream! So I wasted almost 5 dollars and 40 minutes and probably 7 dollars of gas on a potato I couldn't eat.

My last visit was very pleasant.The night crew workers were very nice, polite funny and yet professional!! And the food wasn't just they're on together it was made right. And we're starter faster than normal.No complaints at all

Food took a little longer than it should have. I forgot they use leaf lettuce, and I had one small piece that was very tough. Evidently, they don't have mustard because I wanted some on my burger, and there wasn't any on it. Other than that the burger was very good.
