WOW! These people don't know how to speak to customers! Pulled up to the drive thru and after the recording the actual woman came on when she spoke she had a massive attitude along with barely being able to hear her! Then get to the window and its somehow even worse! They weren't busy, I got a normal baconator meal and a coke with no special instructions. You would think I asked this woman to walk through hell to just take a simple order! If she continues to work here she needs to work in the back and never speak to a customer again or get a different job the does NOT interact with the public! On top of it the burger was lukewarm, but atleast the fries were hot.

For some reason, I had a taste for a fast good burger, and I chose Wendy's, which was next door to McDonald's. Quickly, I discovered why I hadn't had fast food in a while. While the burger came out quickly, it was cold, as were the fries. I guess I could've parked and returned it to the window, but it seemed too much trouble for what I didn't need anyway!

We LOVE wendys but this location is GARBAGE !!!!! THE MANAGEMENT....THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALL DRESSED VERY SLOPPY....the bread was stale the fries were cold...my family ordered 3 biggie bags. The order was wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected....the manager replied with attitude. We will definitely not come back.

Simple order, the interaction at the speaker was unremarkable. Having eaten here several times lately, I've been impressed by the neatness of the food prep. Being a nice guy, I wanted to convey my thoughts to the staff. When I got to the window to pick up my food, the lady asked for my card, and I said "Hey, can I say...." and she immediately cut me off and held up 1 finger as to say "Just a minute" So I wait. She returns my card, and I try to talk again, and she SHUSSHED ME!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME TRYING TO SPEND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!
I'm almost 60 years old. You are lucky I didn't snatch your dang finger off!

The larger dark haired manager lady with glasses working 2/28/2025 morning shift is the rudest person I've dealt with on many different occasions. I miss understood her at the drive thru and she came back with an attitude for no reason. She could have calmly asked me to wait please but no she had to bring attitude. I frequent this location as i live and work close and every time dealing with her has not been a good experience whether she is complaining about the job or coworkers or just being rude to customers. It amazes me she is still employed. The people i work with know exactly who she was when i spoke of my experience, she is well know to treat people negatively.

twice in a row i ordered a delivery from the app and they said the don’t receive my order even though i paid for it. claiming it’s my fault when it’s not, refusing to make my order even though i sent them my receipt. i had to call doordash customer support to cancel my order, and i didn’t get my points back in the app either. again, this happened not once but twice.

I wouldn’t go here we ordered 7 double stacks all of them was uncooked pink and slushy. Then when we called back Jessica the manager got smart and hung up and yelled!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. The most unhelpful and incompetent group of workers I have ever meet. Watch placing mobile orders they will try and double charge you for your order like they can't read or understand it's a mobile order (mobile orders have to be paid on that app before hand) paid almost 50 bucks for some wendys cause they can't do a refund in store.
