At the window I asked for a number 1 no cheese. I told the lady I have a dairy allergy not lactose intolerance. She cuts me off to ask what size I want, I say a large, no cheese. I repeat that I have a dairy allergy. No other cars at the place. I pull up to the window and the lady goes … did you have a number one? I’m like yup. No cheese. Large right? Correct. Well I drove a half hour away to my next work meeting and found this. Great waste of $10. Absolutely mind blowing.

I don’t leave reviews usually I’ve worked in fast food myself and I’m young so I get it however if you are miserable that gives you absolutely no right to make everyone around you the same. Went tonight and the girl at the windows attitude was attrcious and the order was not complicated if I wasn’t in the back seat I would have said something y’all work in customer service ACT LIKE IT!

i stop by here after work all the time because they’re open late, and i always check the bag before leaving because they’re infamous for forgetting things. i’m 9 months pregnant; sent my fiance by himself to get me some food from there tonight because i had foot surgery today. he forgot to check the bag granted, but he didn’t get his fries with his meal, his sauce, and when opening my blt burger… i didn’t have any mayo, lettuce, or tomato. being 9 months pregnant i am taking this personally 😭

Second shift is horrible the manager Jennifer is so rude my food was made wrong and I asked for my money back and she remade my food that was wrong in the beginning and told us to get out her drive through very unprofessional and disrespectful also did it in front of my kids

went thru drive thru and used a coupon. everything was cool fr but my burgers didn’t have any seasoning on it LOL tasted like plain ground beef with mayo. they forgot the bbq as well. im actually cool with everything only commenting to remind them to ALWAYS season the patties LOL ladies at window and speaker was cool.
I got a breakfast meal. It was really good. The Wendy's was pretty clean. The service was okay. Good breakfast at wendy's

The workers are very slow and it 15 minutes to place an order of 5 items and it took 30 more minutes for it to come out and it was cold

Horrible service the manager wanted to argue over everything I wanted a chocolate brownie batter swirl they gave me a oreo batter fusion with vanilla base took it back and put chocolate in it and mixed it up instead of giving me what I wanted I was getting passed of so I let my mom explain and they kinda fixed it half ass it's basically liquid with some brownie batter swirl stuff in it won't be back

I had a taste for a Dave’s double which at most Wendy’s location is fresh and service is good,this was the wirst experience I have ever had!!When I pulled up at the drive thru the lady immediately said hold on in a rude tone,and then I had to wait forever to have my order taken!!Then once I got to the window I had to wait again forever!!once I finally got my burger which I was going to eat on my way to work it was cold and it was like it was made a hour a two ago,now I’m furious because I’m on my way to work and couldn’t go back,I threw the burger in the trash,I will not ever return to that location ever again and I will spread the word about how bad it is!!!
