It was a mess! Tables were dirty, floor was wet, not just wet like from mopping. There was puddles either from spilled ice or something leaking. The condiment table was dirty.

When I go to a restaurant. I do like to get what I asked for. Just went through and got my order. But I paid for extra chicken and did not get it. So I paid more for my order then I think I should have. The cooking crew needs to do what the customers ask and are paying for.

You can be the only car in the drive thru and it will still take 15 minutes MINIMUM for your food and they will likely forget some of the food. This is a common occurrence for me. I typically don't like to post negative reviews on places like this as it's usually due to short staffing or something else not on the employees but they usually take the blame from corporate for the bad review. However, this has been a recurring problem at this location specifically. Almost every time I order here they mess up the order and take nearly 30 minutes to do it. I eventually took to the survey to express the issues I'd been having (for this visit, I ordered a Dave's double combo, a nugget combo, and 2 cookies through the drive thru and the receipt has the correct order on it, but they forgot the cheese on the burger, straws for the two drinks, and the both of the cookies), and I got an email offering to replace my entire order for free. So, I went back to have it replaced, and they forgot the sides for both meals. I get that mistakes happen, but this happens EVERY TIME. It sucks, too, because I love Wendy's food. The location back home before I moved to the area was amazing. I'm always nice to the workers yet most (not all, but most) of them are rude from the get go, before I even speak into the drive thru thing. There are a few nice people there, though. The McDonald's next door and Sonic down the street have far better staff. Every time I go, people are rude and they do something wrong with my order. They put on all the toppings even though my order says only ketchup, they forget the fries, somehow don't put cheese on the burger, or leave out items entirely. All the while this takes 30 minutes to get food when you can clearly see the employees just hanging out talking and not doing anything while you wait. I've given up on hoping I'll have a good experience at this Wendy's and will likely never go back. I hope upper management gets this location figured out someday.

Came here at 10:30 pm. They close at 12am. we waited at the window for 5 minutes thinking it was empty just to see a guy mopping and completely ignoring us. great service guys.

Thus place is such trash. Just when I thought there couldn't be a worse fast food place than the Wendy's on James Campbell, they open an even worse restaurant on bear creek. The fries are always old, the service is always slow and the staff is always rude. Especially the manager.

Came here for a big order that I had to miss out on doing DoorDash because no one was here at 11, they were still open and cars were still in the parking lot, but no one to be seen, Except for a kid laying in the lobby unattended? This happened on 3-10-2024

Eh....baconator on pretzel bun....it wasn't terrible but didn't seem " fresh" to me, like didn't feel like the burger had just left the grille. Fries were on point however!!

They advertise they are open until 1am. Apparently the workers shut it down at 12. There were a couple of cars trying to order all drove off to Taco Bell across the street. If the store is not open until 1am they need to adjust the hours online and on the sign out front.
