Really didn't want to even give one star ate there today 10/20/2022 right at opening at 11 chicken on the stick so hard we couldn't eat it !!!! It had to be cooked days before not enough food to choose from they offered to replace like u have time to go alllll the way back want waste my time or money never again

I absolutely adore Wok-N-Grill! I've been eating at wok and grill for most of my life and I must say the quality has never gone down in all the years that I've been eating here. It's family owned and operated and the owners are such lovely people. And the food is always stellar! My favorite is their chicken on a stick and their chicken fried rice and if you ask you can get the sauce from the chicken on a stick poured over your chicken fried rice and it is so delicious! I cannot emphasize this enough: GET THE CHICKEN ON A STICK SAUCE POURED OVER YOUR RICE!! It is so delicious! Definitely recommend to anybody looking for some delicious Asian style food and it's super quick & very affordable. They do have a little dining area inside which really won't hold many people maybe 15 tops. During the summer months they have got an outdoor eating area as well. I always just get my food to go. They also have shaved ice that you can get as well, but I haven't tried the shaved ice since I was a small child LOL so I can't speak on its quality. Oh and I almost forgot, they have the most delicious fruit tea ever! This is an absolute must stop in for anybody looking for a quick, tasty and affordable Asian style meal! And reading other people's reviews I've never experienced any of what the other people are speaking on, I've never gotten old or dry food and I've never had a single employee ever be rude to me. Maybe they just came in on a bad day I don't know. But I've been coming here for 30 years and have never had a negative experience ever. I too remember when they were in the mall and it was my favorite place to go with my dad! Those were the good old days.

Only reason its getting 2 stars is because the lady behind the counter is really nice and knows her customer service. The food was bland and over cooked. How does teriyaki chicken not have teriyaki sauce? It was this watered down broth. I took two bites and it had to go,not even soy sauce could save it! The lo mien was dry and also had no flavor. Im amazed they are in business.
Decided to go get a snow cone for the first time in years from this place. I waited in line, got to the register, waited to place my order, and the little girl completely ignored me standing in front of the register. Started helping the lady behind me. I just walked out. Really upsetting, but being ignored, not even acknowledged, is not how you do in service environments as such. Hope they get it together.

This place is a hidden gem! A young staff but very sweet and professional! Food is fresh, the smell is incredible and the prices are amazing! The cook in the back I believe owns it... way to go! Thank you for making delicious food! ? A must, if you haven't been. A must, if you have been! ?
