I'm not sure why they were not busy at noon on a work day but hey, we love Zaxby's. Food was fresh, the cashier was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Can't ask for more than that at a fast food restaurant. 😉

i usually never have this issue and order here often? i got food after class and i guess they were busy because my salad was half filled up compared to what i usually get when i order it. staff seemed very unhappy to be there and weren’t very kind. if i pay $12 for a salad i kinda want it to be at least a little more filled up than this 💔 and no straw unfortunately so i will suck on my cherry fanta with my sad lil salad

The team here is always so friendly. Even though it's always packed the crew is very efficient in getting the food out in a timely manner. Love my neighborhood Zaxby's!

This was our first time going to a Zaxby's. And we definitely were not disappointed. The employees were great, the environment was clean and the food had FLAVOR. Glad we stopped in.

I just purchased the new quesdillia today got grilled chicken very dry nothing but chicken and a flour tortilla want purchase another one. My husband got a Cobb salad and after they sacked it told him we didn't put cucumber on it we sent have any. Walmart around the corner sells cucumber..I have tried 2 times to get a milk shake there only response was we can't do any milk shake it is maintenance what ever that means. About 3 weeks ago we ordered the Cobb salad no egg,no cucumber and couldn't find the bacon. I live helping businesses bit the cost is high and when you don't get what you order just isn't worth it. I love Columbia zaxaby they are great you get what you ordered with the things that is supposed to be in it. They didn't offer to take anything off the price for not having all the ingredients. I can see it going down hill. What businesses can expect you to take the order and pay full price when all ingredients are not there. I have had friends say they have not gotten all of the ingredients on there either bacon missing or egg missing

The food is a bit expensive compared to alternatives in the area. Order was ready fast. Got the 5 chicken dinner meal with slaw. French fries were ok. Chicken was good. Zaxby's sauce and Slaw was great. Toast was toast.

I genuinely think this is one of the best Zaxby's out there love the food and the service. I don't know much about the interior. I rarely eat at the restaurant
