First time having zaxbys after much hype from the homies. Chicken was pretty bland and fry portion was weak considering the cost. Wanted some more toast but wasn't sure if you could order more.

Absolutely terrible service and food. I disliked a drink, and they wouldn’t let me swap it out. They tried to make me pay for another! That’s what’s to be expected about Columbia I guess. Never go here!

By far one of our favorites. Everything from here so far has been great. Tried the House Zalad, highly recommend. Great portion, in addition lots of chicken. The chicken fingers are of course the star of the show. They are never dry and always full of flavor. Like them tossed in sauce? Well, they got you covered on that too! Our favorite’s are wimpy, and spicy buffalo garlic. Delicious and also very filling. Here is the only thing the price.

Decided to try zaxby's for the first time. Won't make that mistake again. Went through the drive Tru ordered a sandwich meal and a piece tender meal. Paid and was asked to pull forward and our food would be brought out. As we sat there 5 cars pulled up and received there food and drive off. I went inside our food was just sitting on the counter and 3 employees just standing there talking while the 2 girls working the drive Tru were super busy.
