The reuben is really good, as are the wings. I usually don't like crinkle cut fries, but theirs are good. I like the seasoning on them. Also had the peach punch. It was delicious.
The customer service was horrible 😑 ! Management didn't even care about the cashiers rude behavior. I will not be coming back to this establishment. And bright and early, I will be contacting your corporate office on Monday . True enough, everyone needs their job . So act like you need yours boo 👎. And heads up my money, pays your bills ! So, be a little more professional and give the same treatment. As if you were purchasing food from American Deli .

I had got the chicken fried rice, no vegetables, add egg. I got with vegetables in it. I ate it, not as good that way, and what i was most upset with is that she got my order wrong. I think this was a one off, the 10 times before it was perfectly fine.

Terrible customer service. I placed an online order and when we picked it up it was bagged and ready to go. I drove home, a fifteen minute ride and noticed I was missing 5 wings off my order and had to return to the store. When I did, I showed the cashier the food was untouched and asked for it to be replaced. They told me they would only fix the missing part of the order and put 5 wings in with the cold food. They said they could not redo the entire order, although I had drove 15 minutes home and 15 minutes back. The cashier contacted the store manager via phone who basically said it was my fault and I chose for my food to be cold. I CHOSE MY FOOD TO BE COLD?! Are you kidding me! Terrible customer service. This is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong. She blamed it on them being busy. Understood. But, if you guys make a mistake you should fix it. Will not be returning and advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere!

While the flavor and seasoning of the wings and fries are good, the wings are miniature size. Literally the smallest wings I have ever seen. For 2 dozen wings, only one packet of ranch is definitely not enough. Shouldn’t ketchup also be served for all takeout fry orders? None provided. I think management should evaluate the wing size and condiment provisions.
The latina girl with the cake on make up and the flat back is super rude with horrible customer service. If she don't like her job she should find another with an attitude like that in customer service. I come in respectable and get treated horrible. Need another person for that job cause obviously someone else deserves her spot.

The fried rice was great. The chicken wings were tiny, too small to even enjoy the flavor. When we got out of the vehicle, there was some homeless people sitting outside, and when we walked in a customer was playing music with cursing lyrics on a Bluetooth speaker. As we left the restaurant, the homeless man outside asked me to buy home a burger. The facility owner and the business owner need to fix this asap. Because in good consciousness I would not bring my wife back to this environment. My wife stated here chicken on her salad was poor at best.

I had the fried chicken salad and it was horrible. It was mostly big chunks of cucumber. The thin little strips of lettuce that it had was really difficult to pick up with a fork. The chicken pieces were HARD! I ended up throwing the majority of it in the garbage.

I placed my order over the phone and I got rushed off with “ Okay that’ll be 10-15 mins thank you “ Then hung up. Which resulted in me having to call back. When I walked in I didn’t get greeted, as I paid I asked for an extra ranch. The cashiers told me I’d have to pay 75 cents. I already bought the food which was a 6 piece combo. I have to pay for 1 more ranch? Overall my experience was horrible and the American Deli staff needs/should re-consider their team as a WHOLE. This is not the first incident as I seen previous, once I walked in and saw vapes sitting on the counter. Very unprofessional and unmannered. ~ A concerned customer.
