When I first walked in your front cashiers/ staff had their heads down looking at their phones and one was playing a game. After I placed my order I decided on jalapeños and the cashier acted like it was an issue. Food came out fast and was hot. The turkey and ham sub was outstanding, tasted very good. The wings were like baby small, like a Cornish hen wing. The food outweighed the horrible service.

Wanted a quick bite to eat and wanted to give this place a try due to the good reviews…. We got a cheeseburger & philly combos with fries, a drink & wings. Total came out to $35! I was super exciting to get home but disappointment arrives shortly after. The wings are TINY.. BABY WINGS??? The meat inside is even gross… the meat was brown and tough. I could barely get a good bite out of it from tearing it apart. -10000/10! You’re better off going to McDonald’s for a burger & Mikes wings on Germantown if you want wings. The Philly was okay!

I get off work late around 9pm so I tend to call and place my order as soon as I get off. For the second time now, I have called my order in at 9pm and got the restaurant between 9:40pm-9:45pm and the doors are closed and locked and half of the lights are turned off. The closing time for the restaurant is 10pm which is listed on their website and on Google. Meanwhile everyone is still working in the kitchen and behind the register. Yesterday in particular they were blasting music when I arrived at 9:45pm dancing and filming themselves on Snapchat and TikTok. One young lady came to the door and said "sorry we're closed." I explained that I had driven 40 min to pick up my order and I had a call in. She said "we already threw the food out sorry it's nothing I can do" I told her she was lying because I could see my food bagged sitting on the counter because I know for a fact they decided to keep it and take it home for themselves. If you are going to operate a business with a closing time of 10pm and I get there 10-20 min before that closing time, I should be able to pick up my food with no issues. It's very inconvenient and unprofessional. I spend my hard earned money and gas to support YOUR business and this is the thanks I get in return. It's ridiculous!

My meal was a 10pc wing ONLY…..14.00 and had the nerve to try and add ONLY 2 extra wings to make up the fact that the Wings was so TINY. No wonder my plate felt empty . If I’m going to spend that type of money atleast serve normal size chicken and not baby hens. I wanted a refund so bad.

Food is always on point at the Cordova, TN location! Those little pigeon wings (lol!) are fire ?! The people in the kitchen are constantly cleaning, wiping down, organized, and throwin' down! Love that they allow call-in for pick up and are professional! If the phone is not answered, call back because they get super busy (I blow the phone ?). Customer Service is good! Out of visiting this location in the last year, only 2 mistakes, the 1st time one wing was left off, and was corrected (I know that sounds petty, but food is too expensive right about now). The second mistake they gave me too much food and was gracious enough to let me keep it! (I did tip!) They staff are nice and accommodating as possible considering dealing with the public. I think if they section off the dining area, more people will sit in and eat, cause I be looking at them, looking at me, while we are looking at each other! ?

I went to this American Deli to pick up food before going to an event. Upon arriving, I asked for my order and the cashier called for someone to help. They told me that my order was picked up by someone else, and I showed them the text message from my order. Some girl name Maria came up to the counter and told me that they could remake it. I asked her how long it would take, and she told me 5 to 10 minutes. When I said to her that I didn’t know if I could wait that long because I was in a hurry, she got an attitude and asked me if I would rather wait or call the original site to get my refund. I showed her that there was no number to call except the restaurant, and she looked at me and said what do you want me to do about it? I just told her to go ahead and make my food, but then she started talking with another employee about me and the situation. I asked her her name and she told me with a smirk. I wouldn’t have an issue, if her attitude were better because I wasn’t the one that gave away my order and now I have to wait? She doesn’t need to work there if she doesn’t know how to deal with customers and how to talk to people.

I got the Philly cheesesteak with wings combo. It was really good but I have to be honest, I'm not ordering wings from here anymore. The wings are ALWAYS so small. And I mean freakishly small! Like, are these baby chickens or what? Where are they getting them from? They are NEVER the regular size of wings. I have gotten the wings a few times and this time it just hit me, something ain't right! Lol I have too many questions at this point, so I'm good on the wings. Lol Great otherwise!!
