I love this service! I've been through Hello Fresh, Factor and Cook Unity meal delivery services. I canceled all of them for various reasons. Amplified is really delicious and well prepared. They give ample portions. I choose to place the meals on an oven safe plate and heat at 350 for 15 minutes. I order for 2 for 4 nights a week. It is less than us going out to dinner for one evening. Amplified Meal Prep is great for those that live a fast pace life style. Meals that taste like home cooking and 5 star restaurants. These are great for those late work nights when you don't want to cook or just too tired to cook. Great for packing in lunches for work. Nutritional too if you have special dietary needs.
