Biggby Coffee deserves major credit for staying open during the 2026 snowstorm. It was such a comfort to grab a hot coffee and a bagel sandwich when the whole city felt frozen. The team was welcoming, fast, and doing it with a great attitude. Thank you for showing up for the community!

I’m here in Memphis visiting family from out of town, and my sister said she knew some excellent local coffee I’d love. She was right! I ordered (I think? it was called??) “Island Bear” with +1 extra shot of espresso. Medium size. It was amaaazzzzinnnng!!! The main ingredients were caramel, coconut, and I forgot what else lol. We did drive-thru. So it was a quick decision, but I feel confident I probably would’ve liked any random thing I picked. Service was also polite & prices seemed reasonable compared to quality & amounts.

Tried this place for the first time. Terrible tasting espresso based drinks and rude service upon requesting a refund. The expresso based drinks are: 1. Overpriced by $1.00. 2. I understand locals who have never been around the world rave about this coffee, however, it's flawed. Their roast was one of the worst we ever tasted, and did not pair well with expresso based drinks. A dark roast properly prepared (not bitter) delivers a bold flavor that balances the sweetness of chocolate or caramel drinks. Based on what was served, it's simply undrinkable. Not for us. Next, upon requesting a refund, the lady at the drive thru was rude and attempted to lecture me, which was not acceptable. Place is not for us.

10/10. I love this place. I come here all the time and everyone is always so polite and understanding. The woman over the intercom couldn't hear us well and was so apologetic when it was most likely our fault she couldn't hear us (I was reaching over my husband to talk to the intercom). She helped me figure out what drink I wanting because I forgot the name. She was sooo knowledgable in the menu and was so patient for the store to be so busy!! Favorite coffee shop.

I went for the first time today and ordered a Frozen Matcha Latte I was going to get a iced Matcha Latte and the employee suggested a frozen it was really delicious. I'll be back soon.

Today was my first time ever going to Biggby Coffee. I’d seen it before and figured I’d try it out on my way to the library. When I entered the business, there was an employee sitting on the countertop talking to two other employees. No greeting, just a “what can I get for you?” When I got to the counter, I told her this was my first time trying Biggby and I asked if they had anything similar to a caramel macchiato. She pointed at an item on the menu and then went over to taking a drive thru order. When I got the drink the employee just put it on the counter and said nothing. As I walked towards the door, one employee says have a good day. Out of the three, she seemed to be the only one that tried to acknowledge me as a customer, she was also the one that assisted with my order when the first employee walked away. This was my first time and I wasn’t impressed. I also want to add that I was the only customer in the store. As a new customer, this was a missed opportunity for the employees to do some suggestive selling as I would’ve liked to have gotten a breakfast item as well. Instead, I ended up going to a nearby business for breakfast.

The best coffee and bagels that I ever had I longer go to starbies or 7 brew because they aren’t consistent or worth the price but they are everytime!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service has deteriorated since I was there last. Counter person kept me wating while she took care of personal business, Finally got iced tea w/lemon - the lemon had seen much better days! I used to like this place - no more.

Such a cozy and welcoming spot! Biggby Coffee in Cordova is a perfect place to relax or get some work done. Loved the cappuccino and those tasty donut holes — definitely coming back!

A friend of mine turned me on to Biggby!! glad he did! not only are the biscuits delicious, but so is the coffee and bagels!!! can't go wrong here! that everything bagel is the bomb!!
