BIGGBY COFFEE

I went for the first time today and ordered a Frozen Matcha Latte I was going to get a iced Matcha Latte and the employee suggested a frozen it was really delicious. I'll be back soon.

Today was my first time ever going to Biggby Coffee. I’d seen it before and figured I’d try it out on my way to the library. When I entered the business, there was an employee sitting on the countertop talking to two other employees. No greeting, just a “what can I get for you?” When I got to the counter, I told her this was my first time trying Biggby and I asked if they had anything similar to a caramel macchiato. She pointed at an item on the menu and then went over to taking a drive thru order. When I got the drink the employee just put it on the counter and said nothing. As I walked towards the door, one employee says have a good day. Out of the three, she seemed to be the only one that tried to acknowledge me as a customer, she was also the one that assisted with my order when the first employee walked away. This was my first time and I wasn’t impressed. I also want to add that I was the only customer in the store. As a new customer, this was a missed opportunity for the employees to do some suggestive selling as I would’ve liked to have gotten a breakfast item as well. Instead, I ended up going to a nearby business for breakfast.

The best coffee and bagels that I ever had I longer go to starbies or 7 brew because they aren’t consistent or worth the price but they are everytime!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service has deteriorated since I was there last. Counter person kept me wating while she took care of personal business, Finally got iced tea w/lemon - the lemon had seen much better days! I used to like this place - no more.

Such a cozy and welcoming spot! Biggby Coffee in Cordova is a perfect place to relax or get some work done. Loved the cappuccino and those tasty donut holes — definitely coming back!

A friend of mine turned me on to Biggby!! glad he did! not only are the biscuits delicious, but so is the coffee and bagels!!! can't go wrong here! that everything bagel is the bomb!!

This place was AMAZING. Coffee was great. I got the Irish Chocolate Latte I think. It was delightful, but the service even better. There was a girl there named Mary. She was so so sweet! I love that place, the coffee, and the service. 10/10. Would recommend!

I am always pleased with my food and drinks, if something is wrong which most of the time is likely, they are willing to fix it. The discounts don't hurt either. I love it here!!! ❣️

I have ordered twice so far and planning on my third today. Definitely replacing other coffee spots for me as long as they remain consistent. The coffee actually tastes like good coffee and a good breakfast selection.

Like the other people on here saying, you stand here for 45 minutes to an hour, all the while they totally ignore you. You would think someone could say something like, be right with you, we'll get to you in a moment, or something. But they don't do that, they just act like you don't even exist and continue fiddling around. The place had one other customer, no one at the drive-thru, And they're too busy walking around in circles and talking to one another to even say, be right with you in a moment. This has happened three times, like baseball, third strike and your out. I won't be coming back.

They serve some people quite promptly, other people they just flat out ignore. If you're one of the people they ignore, forget about ever getting service at this place.

Service and food were alright, atmosphere wasn't like a coffeeshop, felt more like a burger joint or ice cream shop, definitely not a coffeeshop vibe.

Turkey cheese on Asiago cheese bagel is so delicious!

Very large specialty coffee menu, pricey. Didn't care for the espresso in the latte (maybe machine not calibrated right?).
Very nice staff. Open seating area with some tables and chairs. Not cozy.
