So months into Bonchon being here I finally got my first experience. From entering, to ordering , and receiving order, it was all smooth. Kheira was the lady that took my order, she was really nice and said she wished I could stay and eat so I could tell her how it was. Well hopefully she sees this review. I was excited to get home and throw this food on my plate. I ordered the 6 piece……2 drumsticks 🍗 and 4 wings, half spicy and the rest seasoned crunchy, coleslaw, and seasoned fries 🍟. That food was on POINT!!!!!! Super satisfied, great experience, great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back! Thanks Bonchon ✅

Now, I make a lot of chicken at home so when I found a Korean fried chicken place I was excited.
There is no seasoning in the fried chicken. The chicken is cooked all the way and crispy but if sauces are the only thing that makes it good then it isn’t good.

They could have added some Cajun spice to the flour or something! I DONT recommend the sample platter because the chicken is good enough for you to pay 37 dollars.

Japchae is very good though.

I haven’t had Korean food since I was teenager. I am sooo glad someone told me about this place. The bulgogi fried rice just healed something in me. 😂😂😂❤️ I will be back for some Kimchi

This store’s food and customer service is awesome! We had a little issue the day before and the manager fixed it all and went over and beyond! This is my family and I’s favorite place all the way across the board. You will be blessed if you ever get to speak to the manager, Kira!

Would give food a 5 star rating if the chicken pieces were a bit larger. Wings definitely on the smaller side but the crunch and the flavor brought the overall experience up greatly. Would definitely recommend.

Made an online order, showed up a few before it was ready and gave my name. Without looking I was told 5 minutes. 20 minutes go by, he calls my name, wrong food. The bag sitting on the counter behind him, which had been there since before I had walked in, was my food.

It's a shame, the food was great despite being soggy from sitting around. I simply cannot overlook that when there were only 4 people in the place, the only bag on the counter was not checked until I came back with someone else's order.
