Really wanted a sweet cold treat and ran across Botana Loka! Oh my! This is 12 out of 10! I got the Fresas Con Crema. It is strawberries with cream topped with whipped cream! You can add toppings like coconut, chocolate and nuts. My husband got the cake milkshake! We both could not stop talking about how good it all was!

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality customer service. They don’t value their customers who are from a different ethnicity and it’s very distasteful considering we’re in the year 2024. I was patiently waiting in line to be serviced and was skipped over. I didn’t mind the woman not greeting me, but to ignore my presence and skip over me was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend Botana Loka especially to families who would like to show their children great hospitality, considering you won’t find it here.

Hours are incorrect, I went around 1:30-2pm and the door and lights were off, no one was inside, so I waited incase there was someone inside or coming but no one had arrived
