If you like Mediterranean food like shawarma, humid, pita, kebabs, Cedars is about to become one of your favorite places. I had the chicken shawarma and my wife had the beef shawarma, both were not a sandwich order. It was a mistake to order 2 plates because they were massive. You can easily share a plate. The good news? We have at least 2 lunches worth of food. Still a win. The tangy salad was refreshing, the humus was perfect consistency, the potato chunks were golden and paired fantastically with the yogurt sauce, and the chicken and rice were full of flavor. The plates were full of nutrition. I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere. If this place had 5 stars there food would not be as good. They are cooking their meat on a kebab right in front of you. It is hot. This is the atmosphere you want in a kebab place. This atmosphere makes the food good, but yeah, it is not a cafe you are going to sit in for hours. The dining room is functional. It is a gift to you the customer if you are on the run and need to stop for food but can't take it with you. There is plenty of seating. If you like hot rooms, you will love this place, most people will be warmer than they are used to. That's ok. During the winter, you will love the heat of the kebabs. In the end, you won't care either way because the food is so good that you will keep coming back. The service is great. You see your cooks working hard for you in the heat to serve you some of the best shawarma and kebabs in town. You will be back again and again and again. It's simple good food bursting with flavor served by good people bursting with love for their craft and their customers. Go for lunch, go for dinner, get take out, bring your children, bring your family, bring your coworkers and their family. Your stomach will thank you and ask for more.

The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. We had kibbeh, gyro platter, falafel, and kebab platter; each dish was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Mediterranean cuisine! So so good. We’ll be back!

So Good. I came here with my family and we ordered the a couple of mixed grill platters, a beef shawarma and chicken shawarma sandwich. The mixed grill was enough to feed 2 and the chicken was to die for. I tried the chicken shawarma, but my personal favorite was the beef shawarma sandwich. The spices were perfect. As far as atmosphere and service. Its a hole in the wall, you aren't going to get 5 star service, but the people are nice and try to make it comfortable. The good came out in a timely manner and staff was helpful.

A $36.5 order for two platters was overcharged by $10 extra for pickup today (taxes extra). When I asked the lady behind the counter why this difference, she just said the menu prices on the counter pamphlet are old. Not true, the menu prices in their brochure are correct (eg $18.5 for chicken Kabob platter), she was just lying. Customers beware and always double check the bill.
The chicken shawarma here is so good! Everything tastes fresh, even the salad and pickles that come with it are delicious! And you get a lot of food too!

This was the best chicken shawarma, hummus, fattoush salad, and pickles I've had in the Greater Memphis area! That says a lot because Lebanese food is my favorite after gaining a love for it in Wichita, KS. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere's only slight drawback was that the booth seating was too elevated for the table height.
