Cordova Catfish

The owner is a nut job! He’s mean and very rude! The food is old and cold. He’s literally selling old fish! The employees are ratchet and unprofessional and the prices are ridiculously high!!!! They should close this place down immediately!

The kitchen is very very nasty some of the food is spoiled.. sell leftovers a week later till it's gone. Nasty attitude toward his employees, hire young girl so he can date them and beat them out there money. Does not pay his employees.. When I walked in on Saturday night and it was empty I should have known then to run . I order Turkey Legs to go and they were FROZEN WITH ICE!!!!? Who does THAT???? Then the ghetto lady who took my order didn't want to give me money back. Please HEATLTH DEPARTMENT shut this place down !!!!

This was my very first visit to this restaurant. I spent $19 for some food and it was terrible. My buffalo fish was bland, the Mac cheese was mushy, bland and dry in some areas. The greens was strong in taste and that’s due to to many stems kinda taste old. The yams was probably the best that I ordered and the mini hush puppies was burnt. You know food is nasty when hot sauce didn’t help. I am extremely disappointed.

This place Is horrible! The customer service needs to be better the food is made carelessly. My chicken was burnt and tasted like old grease the cabbage and yams was mushy and mostly juice/water. The cabbage has no taste. However the yams was great. I would never recommend this place at all!

I ordered through UberEats last week and the food was good for the most part. Mac & Cheese was mushy and tasteless but everything else was great. I ordered again last night through Uber and the restaurant cancelled my order. Perhaps they were busy is Ubers explanation. Tonight I ordered again, once again the restaurant cancelled my order. Well...if you have that much business that you are cancelling orders, then you dont need my money. I wont be ordering again or recommending this restaurant. That is just poor customer service

Grabbed some fish and saw that there was a nightlife club that happens on the weekends. Nice little hidden gem! Definitely worth a stop through and try.

Ordered catfish strips with potato salad, and mac & cheese today through UberEats. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. The catfish was great!! The potato salad was good. The mac & cheese was mushy and tasteless. Overall, it was a good meal and I will order again-just not mac&cheese!!

My aunt had been here before they changed management - they used to have the best food. Now they’ve got chicken that’s deep fried too hard (burnt on the outside, raw near the bone) and got feathers on it. It used to be a dinner place, but now they’re trying to make it into a sports bar - tons of tvs and pool tables and only bar food after six. It’s not what we were expecting, not the setting and not the quality.

Not as good as I'd hoped. There was no slaw and it was on 11:30. They open at 11. The hushpuppies were extremely small and we were only given two for the fish basket and the dinner. They didn't appear to take debit/credit cards because there was a flashing ATM sign on the door.I felt we were more like imposing on an upcoming party than eating at a restaurant. It seems as though it is a great sports bar and/or event space.

food was great just need to do better having there condiments ready and available.

They say Soul Food and don't have a lick of them. Fries only. Fish is cut in all sorts of way, none equal as strips ( filet strips) in oz.

Oh my Gosh, waited over 30 minutes on Aug. 31st and when we got our meal we weren't impressed with the catfish meal. We ordered to go and it was incorrect when it was ready. The inside of the restaurant is pretty dark also.

My husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves! The meal was delicious and the service was outstanding! Ms. Rita went out of her way to make sure my order was perfect! I plan to visit at least once a week.

First visit...Great food! Great customer service! The hostess was very helpful with food ordering. We had the catfish, Whiting fish, and lobster and shrimp alfredo. Right around the corner from home so I'll definitely be back.
