We visit nutrition bars all the time and love the shakes and loaded teas. It was our first and last time visiting the Cordova Nutrition, the shakes are disgusting. I had the blueberry and I can taste the ice chunks, my daughters had the birthday cake and the same thing. The shakes are not well blended and one should never be able to chew the ice.

Everytime I come here the service is fast!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The ladies are very familiar with the menu and can recommend any tea or shake for your diet or taste preferences. They also have food items which are also tasty. The store also does coupons which is helpful because you will become addicted to the drinks. 10/10!!

I came in to Cordova Nutrition and it is a vibe. It's a comfortable space with an extensive menu and good music. I actually wanted to sit for a bit after I got my coffee.The ladies were knowledgeable about the teas, shakes and coffees. They made good recommendations. I liked my caramel macchiato coffee, but I asked to get it sweeter. The protein coffees are an acquired taste. They were friendly and were patient with my recommendations. I will come back to try the loaded tea and shake.

They create cute new drinks every month! There's something for everyone here. Bring the kids! Better than all the rest? I'd say so

First time visiting this club and will definitely be back. The shake was one of the best I have ever had with the perfect texture. The kitchen sink specialty tea was perfect and tasted exactly like one I make at home for myself.
Now let’s talk about the owners. They were super friendly and accommodating. I had the pleasure of spending some time and getting to know them both. Can’t wait to go again tomorrow!
