I eat here often, the regular chef always get my order right, when he see my husband walking through the door he knows I’m in the car and I sent him in to place my order. Now, I was at work and was hungry, waited until 4 when they open to place an order. I placed an order through DoorDash added “no sausage. Extra corn” I received my food and it was sausage in my food. I called the store, they agreed to remake my order. So, I purchased more cups of the garlic butter and paid for it to be door dashed to my home… the disappointment was overwhelming! Usually it comes swimming in seasoned butter but this is what I received. I called the store and asked why was it made like that? Was it intentional? Why isn’t there butter in the container the girl that answered the phone was very nonchalant and asked me “how is it dry when we sent the butter.” Normally, I have to leave my container in the bag due to the melted butter wasting out, but I don’t mind that because I prefer my food smothered… but this was disappointing and frustrating! I’ve been eating here for 5 years! The girl that answered the phone was not sympathetic at all. I spend a lot of money here. I love supporting black owned businesses, but I can’t keep spending money on food and not being satisfied.
