Came here on a bad day expecting mediocre and was very impressed with the best fast food meal I've had in a while. Very friendly order taker and good team energy. Clean parking lot. Ordered the number 1 with an oreo blizzard

I brought a 10" ice cream cake that wasn't fresh. The center did not have the crunchy creamy fudge and the cake itself was encrusted in ice when I took the top off. Every dairy queen cake that I've purchased in the past was fresh.
When you bite into the chocolate fudge the crunchy filling was just that....crunchy! This one is mushy. I should've known something was up when I seen that it was attached to a gas station. The floor/rug is filthy too, and if you look in the ice cream cake display, you can see lots of dirt. Very dirty place. He put Mother's Day on the receipt. I never said anything about the occasion. I tried calling the store for a refund, but of course, no one answered. My first and last time buying from this location.

Always great. I usually only get the chicken strips and some ice cream. But it's always fresh. Always great. And they have the best ranch, too.

My kids like to drive out to grill n chill for ice cream. I waited for 30 minutes in line before someone said "the system's down" but it was 7:45 and I assumed this person just didn't want to work so I said "i'll wait" to call their bluff. If it was down why make people wait 30 minutes to be told?

Right at 8pm a different person took my order expediently and the following order and was all around pleasant and efficient. There's no telling if there was a shift change at 8 and the person before didn't want to work and was just waiting people out so they would leave. If so, fire whoever was on the window and promote whoever came to my rescue.

Usually I have no trouble but this particular time I was met with some outright bullshit. Next time we drive out there I hope this has been resolved.

The food here was delicious, but the service was not the best. I asked for a honey mustard with honey barbecue strip order. They gave me ranch instead. I asked for the honey mustard and was told there was a fee for it. Unbelievable!!! I told them to give me a refund, then gave me the honey mustard? Why would you charge extra. In addition to that, my fries were cold. It's questionable as to whether I will go back.

It looks like you say the exact same thing on every review. All you're doing is coping and pasting the same response?. You do not address the issue. I can see why you have such low reviews.

I went through drive thru and asked them for a blizzard with a top on it so my son could eat at home. Got home five minutes later and it was 100% melted! YOU KNEW THAT WHEN YOU PUT THE TOP ON. HAVE SOME INTRGRITY!!!

Stopped here today on my way through to Germantown for the first time to use the restroom and grab a bite from the connected dairy queen. Upon walking through the front door of the Exxon I was greeted with a scowl from the older Indian woman as if my presence was an inconvenience to here. Without a word I made my way to the restroom. When I turned to close the door behind me there was a sign requesting that toilet paper not be flushed but tossed into the garbage can. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I understand that cultural habits can be hard to break but this is not a third world country, we have INDOOR PLUMBING. Needless to say I did not adhere to the signage but instead used the facilities in a civilized manner. Afterwards I went into the DQ to order food. 7 dollar chx basket and a hotdog. This meal comes with a sundae. After the front girl took the order of the people behind me she proceeded to play on here phone while here relative in the back did all the work. Eventually the front girl decided to make herself useful and make the sundae. I don't believe my order had even been started yet. She calls it out and sets it on the counter where it sits for the remaining 15 minutes of my wait this is a dessert for a to go order. The last item to be eaten. She then goes back to playing on her phone. Mind you it was 1 o'clock and not busy save for my order and two others twenty minutes I had to wait for a very simple order. By the time I reached my car the sundae was already liquified and dripping everywhere! This business is very poorly run by people who are clearly untrained in food preparation and time management. Hopefully I will never have the need to return.
