I called, nobody answered twice. So I drove there to get an ice cream cake. It took a while for anyone to even come out to greet me. When they finally did they said there were no cakes made and it would take a few days to order one. It was a waste of time and energy.

I was in line of very long time, and there was only one vehicle in front of me. By the time I received my blizzard, it was melted, so not enjoyable. They also made my blizzard with chocolate syrup. Instead of the little pieces of chocolate, which made a difference

Oh DQ, I don’t want to blast you! Why in the world make such rookie mistakes?!?!
I’m laughing and crying… DQ made me laugh then cry.
I ordered a hot dog with mustard and onions… then realized I haven’t eaten anything today and ordered two.
I couldn’t help but scoff when I saw they charged me $0.30 for onions, when I saw the onions - holy mackerel! I’ve got to show Google!!!!
I’ve never really seen hamburger onions used on a hotdog.
OR - maybe they ran back and grabbed the pre-battered onions for onion rings?
I’m at a loss… but based on the looks of it, so was that poor grill cook when he got an order for hot dog w/ onions and mustard and obviously envisioned this to be the delicious meal. LOL whatever happened to training?
To add insult to injury, I suppose it’s just a sign of the times, but 2 dogs, fries drink and ice cream are $20!!!!

This place is the worst. We love DQ, but this place is beyond SLOW and the the quality is terrible. I ordered a turtle pecan cluster blizzard and it was a very runny chocolate shake. No evidence of blizzard ingredients. There were about four napkins around the bizzard cup and the napkins were covered with the runny, sticky milkshake...that was supposed to be a blizzard. Total mess. While at the window, I could see the food preparation area and it was a one man circus. He was sliding all over the floor and unable to multitask, while the other man working was filling napkin holders out front. Meanwhile, the line was stacking up to order at the window and people kept leaving. This was the 3rd time we have had this SLOW, terrible experience. I guess Corporate oversight is a thing of the past. We wont be back to this location.

Will not return to this DQ. Did not receive part of our order. The only employee working, after I placed our order inside, would not tell me why. Left after being there 15 minutes with 2 boxes of Dilly Bars (delicious by the way).

I mean I like to smoke as much as anybody, but maybe wait until the end of your shift. Waited 20 minutes to get my order. Order was wrong. Said that would work on it. 10 minutes later tried to give him a long order again. Then said they hadn't started on the burger they were supposed to give me. 5 minutes late to work to get an order I didn't order.

Closes at 10, pulled up at 930 and no one would answer the intercom, pulled to the window and the lady looked at us and shooed us off saying we’re closed. So apparently they don’t close at 10.

Went to get a few blizzards for the family and a chili dog and let’s just say we will not be back! Dropped one blizzard on the ground and tried to just fill it up! Yuck!!! The chili was old and dried up clumps! YUCK!!! We don’t love close to this location but really wanted the ice cream. Should have just went to Sonic! Won’t be making that mistake again!

Guy with the corn rows was the rudest cashier I’ve encountered in forever, nasty attitude at the speaker, impolite at the window, spilt tea all over me and didn’t even bother apologizing. Definitely need to reevaluate who’s at the window

I’m not usually one to post reviews, but I felt it was my responsibility to warn others about this place. It is extremely dirty. If you doubt what I’m saying, avoid the drive-thru and walk in for yourself—you won’t be able to ignore the filth. It’ll make you seriously question whether the food or ice cream is worth the risk.
