We stopped by the new in Germantown across from Walgreens. Ordered 10pc wing they are not done. I can't take them because we're headed out of town and I tried calling and the number has been changed to non pub.
I went through the drive thru, the service was exceptional, I got to the window, I didn't have to wait long, They all had smiles and great conversation. I ordered 20 honey hot wings . I just wouldn't go anywhere else for wings. They aren't those small wings you get from other places. So if you have to pay for the high price of wings you might as well pay for the best tasting ones and the larger ones if you want to get your money's worth. This place was great. Thanks to all the employees that serviced and helped prepare my food on this day. Keep giving great service provided with a smile and great attitudes.

I actually died yesterday on the 30th 2024 of December. My hamburger looks like a kiss patty melts. There was no thickness that tomato was thicker than the hamburger patty. Please improve your hamburger meat. I’ve been to other and they had four patty. I’ve never eaten there was like a patty from a stack for Wendy’s, thank you for the strawberry that was by the manager and the Onion rings was delicious

Out of ten wings, six weren't obviously old-like over fried and been sitting out for hours old. The fries weren't fresh either. And the Kool-aid needed to be watered down a little. In other words, it was a pretty good visit. Not bad enough to keep me from returning but also one of those experiences where you say "whew that was good."
They didn't have a whole bunch of nothing .. food is always good.
Parking: Add parking lines to parking spots.

The wings at this location were HORRIBLE.. something about the grease tastes 'off,' and made me gag! The customer service was GOOD, but I will not return anytime soon. Overton Crosssing is the best in the city by far!
