Ordered though the app, when I arrived to pick it up they told me they didn't have the ingredient to make my drink. Then told me I had to get a refund through the app. Which doesn't have an option without talking to customer service, which is down as well. So I had to go through my bank and get my money back. 2nd time this has happened but at a different location, and they were able to give me a refund. But somehow this place can't. Be careful ordering through the app and getting your refund at this location.

Wanted to leave a review for the service i had today. I had an online order today that couldn't be completed because the store was out of Rockstar. Originally, I was going to leave with a lemonade and have to stop again before work for caffeine. Thankfully, the young lady working made sure i left with something i was happy with and was obviously trying to help!

Dunkin Donuts 🍩always makes the best Hot 🥵 Chocolate 🍫. Don’t forget the two shots of French Vanilla and 1 shot of Mocha ☕️… Superb combo… Yessir… Buss’n Buss’n… Lol 😝 … It’s 💯 degrees in the Hot 🥵South but that Hot Chocolate ☕️ still hit hard at anytime of the weather 🥵🥶!!!

Good attitude from employees. They had no napkins on hand though. I didn't realize that I had been signed out of the app while i was making my order, so didn't get any points. The employee apologized that she didn't know how to get earned points into my account.
