My grandson and I used the drive thru. I made a purchase of less than $5 with my debt card for the loaded hash browns. He liked them. My receipt was correct. However, I was checking my account upon arrival to work to discover there were 2 charges from Duncan, same day, back to back my account. The one was for almost $10. Mind you, I only had one order. I called the store, but there was no answer, I stopped by after work, and the staff could not help me. No manager, I went by the following morning. Managers say it's not on your receipt, nothing I can do. I showed her my debt transactions. It didn't matter. I called the home office, and they were to contact the franchise owner. 2 months later, I have not heard from anyone. That amount will not break me; however, it's principle and customer service. There is none there. THEY HAVE LOST THIS CUSTOMER! CHECK YOUR DEBT CARD when you use it there. I'm sure I'm not the first. The manager was nonchalant and offered no resolve. It's not on your receipt. I despise poor customer service, especially from Management.
I spent almost $5, However, they took almost an additional $10.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing to tell. That Duncan lost a customer. My grandson is not happy, because we live in that area.
We would frequent them. No more and yes, he is disappointed, but I do not, will not support business who choose not to make things right.

When they first opened they were amazing. Kind and fun employees that worked fast. I don’t know what happened but now the new ones are rude, impatient and slow. My kids loved this location bc of how nice the employees were. At least two were more interested in their phone than in customers. Very disappointed.

The environment is very pleasant, clean and the staff are super friendly. The coffee is delicious, just the donuts weren't fresh.

Parking: Parking in front of the store is super easy and simple to access.

Kid-friendliness: A place I take my children because it is quiet and family-friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking for people with wheelchairs and a ramp to access the store.

we ordered 7 hashbrowns and a grilled cheese and management told us to come inside next time because we ordered too much. it offended me because my sister was driving and recently had her leg amputated and could not go inside. i won’t be back to this rude insensitive establishment.

I visited this location several times but never inside. Today I chose to be inside, Jaime and Skyler were very attentive, too special care of already clean location. Young people often slack in this area but these young ladies were exceptionally compassionate about there jobs. Good job Dunkin, they made my day
