The establishment is beautiful and the atmosphere is a vibe, but the service was extremely disappointing. We called ahead due to an unforeseen issue and got no answer, even after sending a DM. When we arrived, our party wasn’t seated properly for the number we reserved. The music was so loud we had to yell just to get our server’s attention and place our order. Drinks took about 30 minutes and didn’t come until the food arrived. We never received silverware and had to track someone down to get it. We were barely checked on during our meal and not checked on after the food came out at all, while a nearby table received much more attentive service. The food tasted great, but it wasn’t hot. To make matters worse, an automatic 18% gratuity was added despite the poor service. Overall, the ambiance is amazing, but the service really took away from the experience.

The food and drinks were a 10/10, and the DJ was also a 10/10 🔥. Unfortunately, the service needs serious improvement. My first plate came out old, and we waited almost two hours for our food and drinks. The manager had a poor attitude toward my friend without fully understanding what happened. Overall, the service was disappointing. The staff could benefit from better training on taking orders and multitasking it’s not for everyone. On a positive note, the host stepped in and was great!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We waited nearly an hour before a server even came to our table, then another 30 minutes just to place our order. After that, we waited almost two more hours for food that never arrived. Eventually, we left because we simply could not continue waiting.
What made the situation more frustrating was that there were only a few tables occupied in the entire restaurant with food! It appeared that guests ordering hookah or drinks were prioritized over those ordering food.
At one point, there were only three servers on staff, yet they continued seating additional guests despite clearly being unable to accommodate the customers already there.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend dining here. 👎🏾

The music was good. We had to wait to be seated even with a reservation. Waited over a hour to be served. A lady came to us twice and told us that she was going to get someone to serve us, no one came. The hostess realized we hadn’t been served yet and went to get someone, but we were over it and left.

My experience was horrible. I came in at 6pm and didn’t get my drinks until 7:24pm. The service was bad. The lady that was assigned as our server never came back and we flagged down a guy, Hollywood— The name he gave me, was honestly the only vibe of the place. He was attentive compared to everyone else, we adored him. Great humor. By time I got MY food, no one else’s, it was cold to touch. Appetizers did not come out for a long time. Drinks were good though. It honestly was a waste of time and I should have left like several people before me that I witnessed with my own eyes. Mashed potatoes was severely under seasoned.
The owner was also here and only their lil Entourage was tended to swiftly

If I could give them no stars I would. The music was so loud I had to shout so my friend could hear me. The waitress was so slaw. She kept lying saying our food was on the way every 15 minutes. I had to get other servers to get her to come tot he table. Wait over an hour and 15 minutes for food we DID NOT receive. They ran out of buffalo chicken eggrolls which is cool because it happened but the server never relayed the message to change out food order. The chef said that should had been relayed to you. Then they tried to discount the food if they make it. I don’t want it anymore waiting that long. Over a hour and 15 minutes for a wait for food we never received is insane!!!!! Then our server was told to come to our table by another server, she never came. The server I had to tap to get my actual server was looking like she never came? I said no. I had to request the manager and tell them what was going on. The service was HORRIBLE. Then our server also kept bringing everybody else drinks out after my friend had requested a drink 30 minutes before she brought other tables their drinks. The grass wall the size of my two fingers, it’s a scam. You ll never have to worry about seeing me and the fact a lot of people on my Facebook said they had the same experience over A YEAR ago and yall service still sucks says a lot that you don’t care about your customers.

We loved this place so much we visited it TWICE on our trip! It was a VIBE, the food was great, and they had a DJ. I lost my purse the second visit and they were so kind they found it and returned it to me with EVERYTHING in it, I was beyond grateful because everything was in there! I definitely recommend them!

If you’re looking for a clean, fun, safe environment on top of amazingly BOMB food and service please check out ENV! I was extremely impressed with the lounge. More importantly, the general manager who goes by the name “Hollywood” is the final touch that blew me away. He was attentive with the guests. He is a great host! Kept the fun going the entire time. Ensured the guests were taken care of and the employees were on top of their jobs from the front door to the cooks and the servers it was an overall great experience! 10/10 recommend!
