I used to love going to this place but ever since around October 21st, they’ve really dropped the ball. There used to be this worker there with red hair who always got my sandwiches right and quickly. Now I’m lucky if I can get my sandwich before my lunch break is over (19 minutes I waited last time, and there was only 1 other customer in the building! Y’all really messed up big time not having that worker there anymore. I hope this location closes.

Food was on point, came out fast and the service was top teir. The young man with the red hair and the young lady there were super courteous and helpful as well as fast in getting our order and getting food to us fast. Keep up the good work guys and I'll definitely be back. The firehouse sauce to. Whewwwww. To good and the fries. I'm gonna go back for that alone as well.

I really wish they would be more consistent on how they prepare their sandwiches. I have the fair steak sandwich and it was cold in the bread was not that fresh.

I always get the Firehouse salad. The price is $9.69. The young man behind the counter charged me $10.19. I explained to him what the price should be by pointing to the board behind him. He said the price is higher because without meat it's $7.69, with meat it's $10.19. I told him that's not what the board behind him says. Someone else came and charged me the correct amount. Every time I come into this Firehouse subs, they always charge me the wrong price and I'm explaining what the price should be. This time, the young man behind the counter really pissed me off because he felt he was right. I have decided I will never return to this place again because they have no idea what to charge a salad. I'm not saying everyone who works there isn't intelligent, but the young man who was there need to learn how to read. I do plan on coming back to talk to the manager, then I'll never come back to.this place again. I'll go to the one on Stage Road from now on.
