Firehouse Subs Cordova Parkway Place

We walked in and it looked much like a firehouse. There were firefighter helmets on the wall and pictures. We immediately got to order and the worker was friendly. We got our drinks. The drinks from the Coca Cola machine were good. We found our seat and sat down. It was a bit dirty on the floor but very little. The tables were clean and wiped down. The sandwiches came fairly quick. I got a small philly cheesesteak but for a small, it was like an extra small. And my sibling’s was larger than a small. Probably cut it wonky. But other than that, it was delicious. We also got chips with our combos and they were fresh and weren’t stale. And at the end, my little sibling got a firefighter helmet. She loved it. Overall, pretty nice. I would recommend.

I started reading the reviews and now I don’t feel like I’m losing my mind. I went in today and look the food was great but I don’t understand the silence. When I spoke they didn’t say anything and just looked at me blankly. I get it your job doesn’t pay you much but at least say hey. I’ve been going to this location and another for a while it’s always on and off moods with people. Like I said I get it but being friendly doesn’t hurt including when I’m not being rude to anyone in there.

Probably the worst sandwiches everyone in my family has had. 2 of the 5 subs were the wrong sub and all of them were fall apart messy. Go to a different fire house.

From the time I walked through the door I felt welcome. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I loved my bread being toasted.

Firehouse Sub in my opinion is the best sub shop we've had across all of Tennessee, judging by all the ones I've ever tried from Memphis, Nashville, Gallatin, and Smyrna Tennessee.

Unacceptable.... Tea was marked sweet without anything sweet about it it was also spoiled from being out too long and the sandwich was not made right if I wanted a ham sandwich I would have went home and made what was given to

Genuinely just a group of idiots, ordered 5 sandwiches for a birthday all 5 are wrong. If they weren’t so busy playing games and actually working maybe they’d get something better then a job at firehouse.

Subs were almost made correctly, both subs had ingredients that were requested to take off sandwich, outside of this subs were really good and sloppy just like I like it ?
