Food was on point, came out fast and the service was top teir. The young man with the red hair and the young lady there were super courteous and helpful as well as fast in getting our order and getting food to us fast. Keep up the good work guys and I'll definitely be back. The firehouse sauce to. Whewwwww. To good and the fries. I'm gonna go back for that alone as well.

I really wish they would be more consistent on how they prepare their sandwiches. I have the fair steak sandwich and it was cold in the bread was not that fresh.

I always get the Firehouse salad. The price is $9.69. The young man behind the counter charged me $10.19. I explained to him what the price should be by pointing to the board behind him. He said the price is higher because without meat it's $7.69, with meat it's $10.19. I told him that's not what the board behind him says. Someone else came and charged me the correct amount. Every time I come into this Firehouse subs, they always charge me the wrong price and I'm explaining what the price should be. This time, the young man behind the counter really pissed me off because he felt he was right. I have decided I will never return to this place again because they have no idea what to charge a salad. I'm not saying everyone who works there isn't intelligent, but the young man who was there need to learn how to read. I do plan on coming back to talk to the manager, then I'll never come back to.this place again. I'll go to the one on Stage Road from now on.

Walked in last night & not greeted. The staff was young, playing around & not paying attention to their job. There was very little meat on my hook n ladder and also placed upside down in the box. There was more bread than sandwich on both sandwiches. The staff never changed gloves while making everybody's food. They were grabbing & touching the register, cash/ coins, everything on counters, clothes etc. Very sad & disappointing

I originally went in to order my food and told them specifically what I wanted on my sandwich they added mayo on my food which I am allergic to. I called and spoke to the manager to report the issue he was pleasant and explained the miscommunications on the staff’s part. Not only did l have to rush to grab a Benadryl while at work but I went in today with my receipt to get my order remade. I called ahead of time to let them know I was on the way and the lady repeated my order over the phone, she told me it would be ready when I arrived. The lady at the register was being unprofessional making a verbal gesture to let the guy know it was me to pick up my order. I over looked that because l just wanted my food and leave, life is too short to entertain unnecessary drama. The guy that made my food told me my order was already made as he still was asking me what I wanted on my sandwich! Clearly it wasn’t ready. I check my food and he literally was being funny putting a tiny piece of cheese on my food. I would never in my life eat or recommend this location to anybody! You are playing with people food and not taking customer service seriously! This is the 2nd time this month I have had a bad experience, at first I thought it was just busy due to lunch time but no it’s the people working at this location. As humans we all have a choice of occupation choose one you love and not one you are going to mistreat paying customers. Wish I could give a - 0 stars

I'm highly disappointed in my experience at this location. The restaurant was dirty and that should have been my 1st sign to leave but I gave them the benefit of doubt because I wanted my sandwich. The bag and little box the sandwich come in was full of stains. My sandwich was so skimpy with ingredients and fixed incorrectly. My guess is, the guy that was making the sandwiches was so caught up in talking to the female at the register until he couldn't focus. There was a young man that returned his sandwich while I was in there because he made it incorrectly. It's getting hard to find good service in these places and I don't like throwing away my money which is how I feel right now.

I didn't care for the small portions of meat on our pastrami and French dip sandwiches. You figure you should not go away hungry after paying over 30 dollars for lunch. Just a personal preference. There won't be a next time.
