Your system/process for picking up orders is ridiculously inefficient. I would advise going to other ghost kitchens that use tech such as smart lockers and tablets to improve pickup and wait times.

These cookies absolutely make you say Goodness Gracious when you taste them. I don’t know if I get more excited when the already baked cookies arrive to my door, or the cookie mixes because they are both phenomenal. Yes, I live out of state and she does ship! Couple that with the fact that this is a small, female owned, black business, is the icing on the cookie! If you have not tried them, please do! You will not regret it, and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Megan for sharing your gift with the world!

This company was at the FedEx Forum today for Small Business Saturday so I got a chocolate chip and a Snickerdoodle. When I tell you MY GOD ALMIGHTY that Snickerdoodle was DELICIOUS! I told my Nephew that we're making a pit stop to the actual store once we finish lunch!If you've never had this company before, PLEASE make your move to them. You will not be disappointed.

I love, love, love Goodness Gracious Cookies. I have ordered from them for a few years now and have literally never been dissatisfied. The food taste/quality, superb customer service, and top notch professionalism has been consistent. Every order. Every time. This is a rare quality that I sincerely appreciate. I don’t know how they’ve mastered keeping the ‘homemade at grandma’s house’ taste, but it keeps me coming back time and time again. And FYI: that homemade taste is there even when I buy the frozen dough or the cookie mix. Again I don’t know how they do it, but I know that my family and I are glad they do it deliciously!!!

GOODNESS GRACIOUS is all I can say! Megan and her team helped make my daughter's 5th birthday one that she will always remember, even in the presence of the pandemic. We couldn't do a cake and happy birthday song, so Goodness Gracious crafted beautiful cookies shaped like the number 5 and individually wrapped and labeled them with each of her classmate's names. She even included frost and sprinkles for them to decorate! My daughter's birthday celebrations will always include Goodness Gracious Cookies! The taste of the cookies, the professionalism of the team, the aesthetic wrapping--Goodness Gracious Cookies are simply the best!

We have been using this kitchen for about 7 months or so. This is the best group of people and so easy to work with. The kitchen just recently went through some changes and they are for the better. We even got a new dishwasher!!!!!!! Pretty much anything you want you can find there!
